We like the food here. Either fried or steamed dumplings are our favorites. The service was excellent and very helpful. The place was nice and was not too crowded. I had a cocktail and was good. We didn't have dessert this time as the plates are plenty to share. We will come back soon.

What a horrible experience, ordered my food at 7:00pm. ETA on my delivery showed as 8:00pm, waited until 9:00pm and decided to call only to be transferred from one person to another and eventually to a very Rude manager "Jeffery" which was very short on the phone telling me that if the food won’t arrive he will refund me the money, paid 15% tip, 5% service fee + a delivery fee to get food at 9:45pm with a 6 year old starving Daughter which lost her appetite.

First time at this location and not sure I would come back. The food itself tasted great. But a few things stood out: the restaurant and the bathrooms smelled dirty., like the floors need a deep clean. In terms of service it was very very slow. We visited today for lunch, and the restaurant was empty (only two other tables aside from us). After going inside, we could smell the dirty floors and once seated, we waited a long time for the server. When he finally showed up (without a mask), we ordered ginger chicken with broccoli and brown rice, Kung Pao chicken with brown rice, and a hot and sour soup. After we got all our food, we reminded the server he had forgotten our drinks. Overall, not sure it’s worth another visit.

Beautiful restaurant, awful service. Never felt so unwelcome in a business in my life. We went to eat there because we love Chinese food, but we immediately noticed that the workers have an attitude. The bar tender told us to go to the other entrance, the hostess was busy with at least 10 delivery guys and didn’t pay attention to us and other customers that came to dine in. I went to the server and asked her to sit outside and she told us rudely to wait for the hostess. After the hostess came to us, we asked if we can sit outside and she immediately said no without explanations. We told her it’s freezing, and she went to ask the waitress if she can sit us outside. She came to tell us we can sit outside, but until she’ll bring the menus it’d take her 15 mins, because she has tables already and she’s busy. She wasn’t busy, and just stood there near the bar did nothing. There were 3 tables maximum that already were eating. We told the hostess that the reason they have 3stars on Google is because of the bad service , but she didn’t care and told us to wait the waitress. So we just left to Hutong, which is a nearby Chinese restaurant with better service. never ate there.

Dear PF Chang's Manager at S. Miami Ave: please look at the attached photos. That is an order of HONEY SHRIMP I picked up today for lunch. 6-7 tiny pieces of shrimp. I got home and thought it was a joke, there must be another serving hidden somewhere..but no. Is this OK in your opinion? I have been a loyal PF Chang's customer for over 15 years. It has always been a great restaurant. However it saddens me to admit that the overall quality of the food has gone steadily downhill over the last 3 years. Overcooked food, shrinking portions, ballooning prices, bad service. I will not be coming back.

I love this location, it is very alive and in the heart of Brickell. This block is full of restaurants and hotels plus Brickell City Center is walking distance. The food is always top notch in my experience. There are some gluten free options and $2 add on fried rice with main course. I love the Mongolian beef in particular and the chicken lo-mein. They have a child menu. The lettuce wraps are my favorite. Service is quick and amicable.

Very delicious. Haven't been to this location in while, but when I came back recently, it was as awesome as always. Dana greeted me, welcomed me back, and gave me the best attention I have seen from a front of the house staff member. She offered me a nice sweet and sour chicken with some tasty BBQ ribs. Can't recommend this place enough. 7 stars

P.F Chang’s never fails to deliver. The must get is always the dynamite shrimp, pretty sure they forgot to top off the shrimp with the dynamite sauce but the meal was so good even using Uber eats and waiting a bit for delivery, the food delivered!! Pad Thai was delicious, we got some chicken as well which was really good. The chocolate cake was so big, and very very rich, it had small chocolate chips in it as well and man was super delicious. Will go back just for the shrimp and cake!

Visiting from North Carolina for an anniversary trip . The wait was very long for there not to be many people in the actual restaurant. The food took forever , we ended up getting our main course to go because it took so long . Also watched other customers walk out with out paying from not even being helped . But I work in the restaurant business so I was trying to be patient . I did not leave a tip . Then ended up getting charged for a $10 tip . That was not authorized. I called talked to management and they even saw there was not supposed to be a tip but that she was newer and needed to talk to the general manager to see what she needed to do .that I was going to get a call back . Never heard back shocker . And adding a tip that isn’t authorized is fraud . Basically don’t waste your time there were plenty more restaurants in walking distance.

tell the manager i don't come here to complain about food to eat for free, but i come to eat good food, if the kitchen is in trouble they are not making good food it's not my fault. I am a customer before he was the manager of this establishment and I always pay for consumption and I will pay for the mistake in the kitchen because it will not make me poor but I am already very sad about the situation, the manager Aaron is not fit for the position he occupies arrogant and the kitchen needs to improve, it's not the same kitchen anymore . I asked for one Combo Pad Thai … something different came .

Several gluten-free options (mostly chicken). Got the lunch special Mongolian beef with the $2 upgrade for fried rice. Originally came out lacking sauce but they did not hesitate to bring a large dish full of it once I asked. That made the dish way better, especially over the fried rice. Flavors were good but beef was very tough. My friend ordered the same dish but not GF and she had the same conclusion. Server was attentive. Several good GF chicken options but I am currently not eating chicken. Good flavor options for all my GF peeps! Lunch for 3 adults including a couple drinks was less than $130.

I know the economy’s bad but this has to be a joke lol… this is barely a portion… for a kid maybe. We ordered the family meal for two it did say the portions were smaller but this is extreme I feel like I payed for the container more than anything. The mongolian beef was good but it literally had 4 pieces in it. And the brocolli was super soggy didnt taste fresh. We loved pf changs but after this I rather go to the mom and pop down the street with same quality of food and bigger portions for the same price.

Always a delight...despite the couple who was seated next to us, thankfully, toward the end of our fabulous meal. They had their phone on speaker and were loudly yammering with a third person...even during their meal! It was just awful. Oblivious. But our server Bryanna was amazing & the food outstanding.

We had the pleasure of being served my Tony our server. His service was a amazing , accurate, timely and pleasant. He was professional and yet managed to make us feel at home, his kindness was well needed and exactly what is needed now a days. Speaking to him was a pleasure. Thank you Tony.

We were made to wait over 2 hours for takeout. We kept asking if our food was almost ready and they kept saying 5 more minutes. Come to realize they accidentally canceled our order and completely wasted our time. No apologies from them either.

Started with the vegan spring rolls (a special), which were crisp, fresh, and really tasty on their own, but I was really only interested in using them as a conduit for transporting peanut sauce into my mouth. That peanut sauce...best I've had, I think. The Thai boat noodles were great, too, and under $4 for a "small" bowl. Only actually small if you happen to be gigantic. Threw in a bit of the hot peppers on the table, and it was delectable. Could've been a tad hotter, but it was flavorful and rich with about six different modalities of protein. Hello, tripe. The service was slow-ish but not bad. Be warned--if you're there with a large party, they do not split checks onto more than two cards.

    1. Waiting time for the food was 40 minutes. Appetizers came with main course together. 2. Server never came back to pick up dishes or ask if everything is ok 3. Table was not served properly 4. Asked for the drink refill 2 times

Waited at our table for 30 minutes today and no service was provided after being seated. No waiter in sight the entire time, this place is running on thin provisions. Went to the hostess to politely ask if the waiter just mad missed us, went back to or table for another 10 minutes and still no one. We got up and left.

These days it’s rare to encounter the top notch service that we received from Dana. We have some dietary restrictions and she went above and beyond to ensure our every need was met and we had an extraordinary dining experience. We will gladly show our appreciation by returning as often as possible.

I recently had an outstanding dining experience at P.F. Chang's, largely thanks to the exceptional service provided by our server, Diana. Diana's warm and friendly demeanor, and her impressive knowledge of the menu, made the experience truly memorable. She was attentive and offered spot-on recommendations. The food was great I highly recommend it, and if you're fortunate enough to have Diana as your server, you're in for a treat!

Great place! And great service from my server Jonathan! All his suggestions were amazing and tasty, he was real attentive even with it being busy I noticed how he was with the tables by us and it was the same consistent service ; coming back and most definitely asking for Jonathan!

Ordered to go, my daughters love the noddles from here, after waiting one hour for my order the manager came to tell me my order was lost. Never apologized nor offered me any kind of accommodation. To make my order again I had to wait another 40 min. I left, I gad to hear my daughter cry because she wanted her noddles. I know it sounds silly but as a father it made me feel very bad. I’ve been eating at PF Changs for over 15 years and they quality in good and service here in south Florida has been deteriorating every year.

Great service! I remember when eating here was affordable. The prices now are astronomically high! It is a shame as they could fill this restaurant if prices were more competitive. The place was empty.

Terrible, slow service, Idk why I tipped these people for a curb pickup…. i literally had to get the food myself after I paid and had been told the food was ready for pickup. The restaurant wasn’t busy and there were more than enough staff members so this seems like a management issue. Hope this improves.

Food was okay. I had higher expectations, maybe because I’ve always seen the name and thought it was the go to place. The beef was hard n crispy and the kung pao chicken was blah. Wouldn’t go back, would order local Chinese for all that. Meh

After having lived in NYC for all our lives it was tough finding a great neighborhood Chinese restaurant here in Miami... we certainly didn't expect that to be PF Chang's, thinking "how could a chain restaurant be great?' We were pleasantly surprised... food was excellent, the service was great... excited to have found our 'neighborhood Chinese restaurant '

Couple of days ago my family and I had dinner at P.F. Chang’s. As always the food was good and the service was quick. The only downside was that there was an overload of broccoli in their vegetarian dishes.

4/5 - as a frequent pf Changs goer, I really enjoy the ambiance in this restaurant. Sometimes, you want to go out but not in a rowdy environment- this is definitely the place to do so with delicious food. I will say to have patience when coming into the restaurant- you may have to wait to be seated but it’s worth it once you’re paired with a great server and food. It’s important to remember while the pandemic is over - the affects of it isn’t 100% gone. Staff is limited all around. Also - they carter to gluten free individuals like myself. There selection is great and you can modify it as needed as well. I order the Chang’s chicken with gluten free rice noodles and veggies. Overall, I will continue to visit this location.

Still a good joint for hot and sour soup and the Mongolian beef has no competition. People are complaining about service but service was good and fast today. I think it may be for dinner that people are experiencing slow service but for lunch I had no problem at all. Truth be told, the place was not packed like it used to be back in the day so that may have a lot to do with how fast food came out of the kitchen. Either way we all know that there is nothing negative to say about the food they cook. I hadn't been to this location in a while so I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the new and improved lunch menu. There are very interesting choices and the portions are generous which is always a good thing. I started with the hot and sour soup that I love so much and never disappoints. Then I went with the spicy Korean Bibimbap(mixed rice) bowl because I love me some heat and this was perfect. Brown rice, Asian mushrooms, fresh greens, grilled chicken with special sauce and some market veggies topped with a fried egg. I've tried Bibimbap somewhere else and this one is not half bad at all. Just the right amount of heat and all the components taste good together. The only thing I'd change about this dish is the amount of sauce they add because at the bottom of the bowl it got really soggy. There is also a Mongolian beef bowl, Tempura bowl and a Ramen bowl so the menu is much improved. I guess I recommend going for lunch if you don't want to experience slow service.

Your regular Pf Changs experience. The menu has a variety of asian cuisine that all have a good flavor. The service was nice and we had a nice server. We go the Mongolian beef which is a popular dish and it did not disappoint. The chicken was good as well but spicy so be careful. if you have a sensitive stomach. The Food was overall good with no disappointments but at the same time no wow factor. The only downside of this experience was the lights. The lights were so strong that it made eating sort of unpleasant. Overall 7/10

Ordered the Kung Pao chicken, combo fried rice, combo lo mein, Mongolian beef, dumplings, ribs, green beans and lettuce wraps. (Don’t judge me 😅) I ordered the entrees with extra meat and the portion sizes were still pretty small. The fried rice was good as well as the chicken. Green beans had what I call “refrigerator taste”. The dumplings were also good. Everyone loved the ribs and the Mongolian beef. Overall, I found it to be overpriced and the price was not reflected in the quality, packaging or portion sizes vs standard P.F. Chang’s.

Amazing atmosphere and delicious food! The staff was attentive and courteous from when we entered to when we left! The food was everything and more at a decent price. My family and I come here all the time and will always continue to do so.
