I
had
a
car
reservation
for
about
2
weeks
while
I
put
my
car
in
the
shop.
When
I
went
to
pick
up
my
rental
I
was
told
that
they
only
had
a
mini
van
because
they
were
out
of
full-size
vehicles
but
would
not
be
charged
extra.
I
told
Rodrigo
I
really
didnāt
want
to
drive
a
mini
van,
but
he
said
I
could
call
back
after
4pm
to
see
if
they
had
more
cars
available
and
I
could
switch
out.
I
called
back
for
2
days
and
was
told
there
wasnāt
anything
available
that
they
would
give
me
a
call
back.
Never
got
a
call.
At
this
point
I
said
whatever
but
I
of
course
did
not
want
to
drive
a
MINI
VAN.
I
had
my
rental
for
about
2
weeks.
I
returned
the
vehicle
and
later
looked
at
my
credit
card
statement
and
realized
I
was
charge
$176
for
my
rental
when
my
insurance
told
me
that
they
would
cover
100%
and
all
I
needed
to
do
was
put
a
$50
deposit
for
damages
and
gas.
I
called
enterprise
to
see
why
I
was
being
charged
the
amount
and
the
man
explained
to
me
I
was
charge
$39/day
for
the
van.
I
asked
him
why
when
I
had
a
reservation
for
a
full-size
car
and
it
was
not
my
fault
they
did
not
have
my
vehicle
in
hand
as
requested.
He
put
me
on
hold
for
45
mins
they
picked
up
the
phone
2
times
and
was
eventually
hung
up
on.
I
called
back
2
more
times
and
kept
getting
hung
up
on.
I
finally
was
able
to
speak
to
Nicki
and
explained
to
her
the
situation
and
she
told
me
my
insurance
only
covered
$35/day
and
the
van
was
$39.
I
asked
her
what
was
the
rate
for
a
full
size
vehicle
and
she
said
$27day
so
I
asked
why
am
I
being
charged
$39
for
their
mistake?
She
just
kept
saying
she
understood
but
that
I
still
had
to
pay
it
since
I
had
the
car.
I
have
rented
many
times
from
enterprise
and
have
NEVER
been
charged
extra
for
them
not
having
my
reserved
vehicle
on
hand,
and
was
always
upgraded
free
of
charge
for
their
mistake.
Iām
very
very
disappointed
in
my
experience!
I
called
the
customer
service
and
spoke
to
Daniel
and
he
was
more
help
than
what
I
received
from
the
local
office
and
said
he
would
help
get
this
resolved
because
it
was
not
my
fault
they
did
not
have
my
vehicle
request
in
hand.
Until
this
is
resolved
I
will
keep
my
1
star.
Itās
been
2
weeks
and
have
sent
multiple
emails
and
have
yet
to
receive
any
response.
Iāve
have
now
done
a
dispute
with
my
C.C
company.
I
do
NOT
recommend
this
place
at
at.
Completely
unprofessional!!
