It
was
pretty
cool,
though
I
think
we
still
prefer
the
Hands
On
Museum
in
Ann
Arbor.
This
place
was
a
bit
bigger,
but
the
quality
of
the
displays
was
a
lot
more
hit-or-miss.
A
handful
of
things
simply
weren't
functional,
which
is
a
bummer.
I
like
the
idea
of
the
planetarium,
but
that's
not
working
right
now
either,
apparently.
So
we
sat
in
for
an
interactive
video
which
was
kind
of
cool,
minus
the
teenagers
in
front
of
us
FACETIMING
THEIR
FRIENDS.
I
mean
come
on,
this
isn't
necessarily
the
fault
of
the
establishment
but
it
was
hugely
obnoxious.
The
staff
was
also
a
very
mixed
bag.
Some
of
them
were
super
friendly
and
helpful,
others
were
practically
catatonic.
Upstairs,
the
video
game
room
was
a
highlight.
There
were
even
things
cool
enough
to
pull
my
kids
away
from
the
big-screen
Minecraft!
Ultimately,
though,
I'd
rather
head
to
the
Hands
On
in
Ann
Arbor,
or
for
the
pinnacle
of
youth
science
centers,
the
Imagination
Station
(formerly
CoSi)
in
Toledo.
