What a beautiful mall! We came just looking for the Spirit Halloween and ended up spending a couple hours in the mall alone. We don't go to many malls and recently most malls we have been to are depressing. Many stores and spaces closed due to online shopping trends in the industry. Very empty and hardly any people walking around. However, this mall has lots of open businesses and there were lots of shoppers on a Friday afternoon. Overall the mall was very clean and well maintained. Security was very present for safety. We enjoyed the train ride throughout the mall and center holiday decorations. We aren't typical mall goers, but this was a very nice experience!

This is a great mall! It is humongous! I have enjoyed shopping here for years! There are all kinds of stores from Victoria Secret to Express to Bath and Body Works to Swarovski crystal to Build A Bear! There’s also many specialty shops, too! The food court is excellent, too! There’s also some riding animals you can rent for your kids to ride! I enjoy Cinnabon’s and Auntie Anne’s for energy when I am shopping here! This is a huge mall with lots to look at so be prepared to spend some time here!

Very spacious mall. They have a Cinemark which will always have a ton of movies to choose from! The New Mario movie played today. Nice food court and generally a great place for adults to younger teens. Today 4/7/2023 kids can meet the Easter Bunny! The mall is open from 10am- 8pm Monday thru Sat then Sunday is 12pm - 6pm.

Southpark mall is a great place to shop especially for Black Friday! They have a huge selection of stores and a great food court. They also have entertainment options.

Beautiful mall!!! First time and oh so beautiful with the Christmas lights decorations.

Great shopping experience. Very few empty stores! Very clean. Always decorated extremely nice for all the holidays. Put on many great events! Amanda is the marketing manager and does a fabulous job creating and executing these events! They are always a great time, with great interactive staff. It's an awesome way to get people into the mall!!! I know I will continue to frequent the mall to shop and to participate in the events for many years to come!

Not too yay even though it’s Christmas. Guess the economy created by the current administration has tapered shipping off a little. Parking is easy most of the time. Which they had more carts too shop with available. Nice selection of places to eat and overall it’s kept in very good condition and clean. I love going to the mall and reliving yesteryear.

Staff are always friendly and cheerful, but when I visited one of the restrooms, the stalls weren't clean. They were also out of toilet paper, and the hand dryers didn't work. I felt bad walking into the food court just to bug someone for something to dry my hands with. Please take better care of these facilities!

I had not been to this mall before. Stopped in because I wanted to do a Victoria's Secret return from things I'd ordered online. The outside of the mall is run down looking and I had trouble knowing where to enter. The JCPenney's door was locked at 10 am and what looked to possibly be a mall entrance looked deserted. I chose to get back in my car and drive around to the Macy's entrance. Macy's looked great from the inside even if the outside was not inviting you to enter. Getting out into the mall I found little direction and had to ask where to find Victoria's Secret. It is a 2 floor mall. I entered from the top and found VS on the bottom floor. Several areas inside the mall need attention. Ceiling needs repair and paint etc. Lots of stores to choose from made me wish I'd had more time to explore but I was on a mission. The employees I dealt with at VS we're great and very helpful in making an alternate selection. If I had to take someone to the Cleveland airport again I'd try to plan to have more time to explore this mall though it's a shame the owners don't keep it up better for all the businesses they have in there.

DDW is just awesome! I have to admit this particular location is a bit smaller than I am accustomed to (Atlanta & Clearwater stores). The location of this store is with the Strongsville mall however can be a bit tricky to get to. The store set up is completely different as well. However this store has a decent selection of shoes available for show enthusiasts. I love that they accept shoe donations and they use every bit of the shoes to create something for someone in need. Kudos to DSW for doing this! They do offer curbside pickup which is nice during COVID-19. So if you a pair of shoes and rather not go inside they the associates are their ready to assist. I would definitely recommend this store.

Had good time today at bath and body works candle day today found some great deals also went to pick of the litter my daughter loves petting the animals for me its cute but sad. Also hit up justice which is CLOSING FOR GOOD in 10 DAYS so everything is up to 80%! Then on our way out found some stuff at jc penny! Mall wasn't overly crowded. Everyone was super friendly and helpful in each store. And deals everywhere!

this mall is great! every week or so i go shopping here, this one of the better malls in NE Ohio ( these includes summit mall and great northern mall ) this mall has a decent amount of stores and places in the food court. the mall still has almost all of it´s anchors ( Macy´s JCpenny dickś sporting goods and Dillard´s ) sadly sears closed in 2018 , leaving a big gap in the mall, plus the stores leading to the closed sears are vacant ( there is still like 2 stores plus auntie Anne´s there ) there are some vacant stores in the mall, its all because of damm amazon and the beer virus. no matter what, i will always shop here. ( i barely use online shopping ) i hope when this pandemic is done the mall can recover. south park mall , you are great! ( 1/25/21

This mall is a long time favorite place to go since I was a teenager! So glad there are still a few indoor shopping malls left and this is definitely one of the better ones! Storefronts are all filled, they have a variety of chain and small specialty stores, a movie theater and great food court with healthy and indulgent options lol. They have elevators and escalators! They also keep up on parking lot and building maintenance, clean and kept up on even though it's getting older.

Been coming here since I was a child. Happy to say this is one of the few surviving and thriving malls around here. it isn’t run down at all, it’s actually quite fancy. lots of high end stores, lots of food options, a movie theater, etc. always loved this mall and always will. I still make the trip from Lorain on occasion just to get the good vibes of walking around.

We visited the Cinemark Theater. We saw Jurasic World. It is nicely maintained and cleaned. Comfortable reclining chairs. The sound was clear; it handled the dinosaurs and explosions admirably.

It’s an ok mall. Wasn’t overly impressed, but malls I think are gonna be a thing of the past real soon.

If you like old school malls of the 90s then this is your spot. It’s been perfected and still survives strong with stores in every available spot. Every possible food type , and product exists somewhere in this behemoth of a complex. Lots of people so you could meet a friend while strolling and even has activities for children that some adults may also find enjoyable. Google for full info because there is a lot going on here!!

Has lots of stores, and there were a decent number of people walking around, but the place still left me with a subdued feeling. Not sure if it was the dimmer than expected lighting or the lack of colors. It feels like there were a lot of blank walls with white paint. Maybe it's just a decor problem? At any rate, the place was clean and seemed well maintained

I enjoyed going to this mall back in the late 1990s. Back then, it was the spot where everyone from strongsville, North Royalton, Brunswick, and Middleburg would hand out at. Now I still love going to this mall with my family. So nice to have my oldest son start working his first job there. It is still very much alive, and It has just about everything you need.

Love Southpark mall! I always have a good experience. Good food, good stores to shop & it has lots of fun things for the kiddos and they love it! Especially around the holidays. For the kids Shop N play host a Santa event every year that is lots of fun. There’s a train that rides around the mall. Photos with Santa & or some Disney princesses in their magnificent snow palace, that has false snow flakes falling from the ceiling(very cool). There’s Bungee jumping & a little pet store at the far end of the mall where the kids can go pet the puppies. A Giant chest board game & stuffed dolls to ride. There’s a movie theatre and of course shop N play is available for the kids to go play with lots of things to entertain them & if you don’t want to spend money at shop N play there’s a free foam play area for kids to climb and slide and play make believe. Build a bear also tends to do events at times. Let’s keep our malls alive! This ones great!

This would be a great mall. Unfortunately the pandemic has made it not so.Shame on Ohio as usual nobody’s wearing a mask. Disgusting. Every time I go there there’s scary looking dudes roaming around that look like criminals. The people who work in the kiosk don’t wear their mask. This should not be allowed. I guess all the customers are evil people who want to spread coronavirus.

It was bustling with people and great stores. I love this mall. It is still thriving! Parking and traffic wasn't horrible for being December 23rd. It is easy to get in and out. They have a great food court and Starbucks.

The Mall is where I can be in my element. I worked at Chapel Hill Mall, in Akron for many years. And it eventually closed after some anchor stores left. I love South Park Mall. There's so much to do. And so many stores to shop at. I love the Seasonal activities at South Park Mall. There's something for everyone.

Nice, clean mall. I usually go to look around and grab food. But the past few times I got mango chicken, it hasn't been the same. They don't have enough sauce and the chicken they use is off. I'll still go for the stores and other snack places but I steer away from the actual dining area now.

Disappointing to see more vacant stores, and many empty kiosks. Leasing is doing a poor job. Also, the management company doesn't seem to be taking as good of care of the property. The entrance sign to the right has had orange cones in place of the globe lights for months. Really looks ghetto! The other entrance sign has pieces of stucco missing that fell off the sign. The parking lot striping is faded, and barely visible. Makes it harder to park not being able to see the up and down arrows. The light poles in the parking lots have peeling paint, and rust. Inside the escalators are constantly shutdown preventing shoppers from going to the second floor. What is up with the poor upkeep of the mall? SP still has good stores, nice food court, and a great movie theater. I hope management corrects the issues of vacancies and poor upkeep, as many of these things can easily be fixed. Overall, not so good this time. Disappointed

The facilities were clean and well kept, not a lot of empty stores which is a nice change as recently it seems more and more malls becoming deserted. The food court is lively and has a lot of options. The mall also has a lot if nice facilities for kids like a train ride and wagon rentals.

All good and in the neighborhood. Malls are a dying breed..we're fortunate to have one, is that all we have in Cuyahoga county now?. traffic is a nightmare usually getting off 71 but it frees up pretty quick. And all the new restaurants in the area is great too. Enjoy it while it lasts!

Very lively mall with very few closed shops. 2 auntie Anne's pretzels caught me by surprise, but got to have my kid try his first orange Julius. (he loved it lol) easy to spend an afternoon wandering around this 2 story behemoth

Very varied dining area. Service and friendly pool around. Went there first before going to Clinic. Quite a beautiful 2 story mall. Excellent parking, handicapped accessible and mobility carts available all over.

Pretty clean mall/needs more bathrooms though

It's a decent mall, but the parking lot is designed so that the parking spaces are all far from the door. It's definitely not giving any thought to those with ambulatory issues. The up escalator was broken, as soon as I came in, but thankfully there was an elevator soon after. There are a lot of nice stores there, in and around the exterior of the mall. It's a good place to spend the day, if you're able to walk.

I think it’s the largest mall in Cleveland. You can find everything in there. Many stores! They have food hall, cinema and some places for kids. It’s good for the whole family.

One of the best Malls left in Ohio I believe, lots of stores to shop from and the food court was very clean and food was hot and fresh, I definitely recommend stopping hear for your shopping needs and wants.

The couple times me and my wife have been here we enjoy going to this place. They have a lot of shops inside and it's not too big that you get lost but it's also not too small. there's enough to keep you entertained there's also a game arcade upstairs where you can go and rent a console or a computer to play games on. There's a Cinemark next to it and then afterwards you can go and have yourself some food. There is a Mally's chocolate downstairs along with many places to shop for clothing.if none of the food inside strikes your fancy for all of you Chipotle fans there is one outside connected to the mall that you can go to. I myself like to go to the dairy Queen and get a blizzard when I get the chance.

Average mall with a lot of missing retailers & restaurants, but it’s still worth a trip and has a lot of stores still. The SouthPark Mall in Charlotte NC is definitely leagues better than this SouthPark Mall in Cleveland OH…lol. I know they are not owned by the same company, but I thought I would make the comparison because they shared the same name.

This place is huge! Fun just to walk around. Enough unique food courts and lounge areas that it doesn't feel like it is just rows of shops. Neat that it has a movie theater too. In a good part of town for shopping too so you can go elsewhere if you don't find what you want here or it is too expensive.

Half the stores are either permanently closed or do not open for hours/days. The ones that are open are a mix of a few national brands and a bunch of wholesale mom & pop stores. The place is so nasty. The food court has garbage everywhere. The trash cans were overflowing at 10:15am and the bathrooms are the equivalent of a gas station rest stop. This was once such a great mall, sad to see it completely fall apart.

The mall as a whole was in pretty good shape. So much to choose from. The festive Christmas decorations just added a warm feeling. Even the food court was well kept,and had a good variety to offer.

Mall is great every store you can imagine is there and there's no people food Spencer's as their books by the million Dillard's JC Penney's Macy's the place is great you got to the mall

This is a clean mall. It’s safe with a good security presence. Both floors are accessible by elevators or escalators. There are very few vacant storefronts right now, so this is one of the few still successful malls in the area. Only 3 stars because there is always at least one escalator out of service, bathrooms could be maintained better, and the hours are kind of restrictive. They close at 8 pm on weekdays and 5 pm on Sunday.

Best pet store in Cleveland. If you love puppies check out Petland. A fun mall for young kids AND teens.... tall order!

I love Southpark mall, even though they killed the old Parmatown mall. They seem to consistently thrive , even though there are some empty store fronts. They have a wonderful store called Earthbound Trading Company with fun and unique pieces, great place to get someone a cool gift. They used to have a pet store upstairs with so many different kinds of animals, but it was shut down due to them treating the animals poorly. A shame because it was so fun to play with the small animals. On recent trip, the mall closed at 8pm on a Saturday during Christmas season which was weird. we had no idea it would be closing that soon and it wasn’t evident at all by the fact that the mall was bustling when we went at approximately 7:40 with no signs of anyone getting ready to leave. The Christmas decorations were beautiful but the clientele was kind of trashy (it’s Cleveland area so what do you expect anymore) At 8:05 pm someone came on the loudspeaker and said “the mall is now closed” and a few minutes later, someone pulled the fire alarm which in all seriousness, may have actually damaged some ears. These days you never know if that means there is someone trying to shoot the place up. No one was concerned about the alarm whatsoever. It makes me think an employee pulled it to get people to leave, which isn’t nice. As we were leaving, the fire dept showed up, probably an automatic response to the alarm being pulled, so hopefully it wasn’t a gas leak or anything, but something still tells me, because Cleveland is ghetto and there are no standards these days, that the alarm was pulled to get people out of the mall. Disappointing. Still a great mall though.

Very clean, well managed mall. May favorite im the area! I absolutely love the pet stores with the live puppies and kittens. I normally drive over an hour just to go here. They have great food, with a pretty good selection and a lot over super interesting stores.

this mall does not care about the health and wellbeing of its patrons. there has been a bird - or multiple at this point - flying around the mall and pooping all over the food court. this is not the first time it’s happened, either. they do not take this seriously, yet every day that i go to work, i find bird poop contaminating tens of dishes. i don’t want to get my customers sick, but it is very apparent that this is not an issue to them. probably because it does not effect the mall management directly, that sits comfortably behind glass doors while the people who actually keep this mall running are left ducking for cover and checking their every surrounding for feces.
