Great place to go for a stroll and explore local nature. Will come back after the first rain as I'm sure the dessert flowers will bloom. It's a must if you are from the area and a good way to spend the morning

I'd consider it a must see when visiting San Miguel de Allende. It has some beautiful views: trees, specially cactae, a lake, a rocky canyon. There's also a nice souvenir shop and a cafeteria. The entrance is cheap and it can easily take you up to two hours to go through all the path

The place is inside the Charco del Ingenuity botanical garden! The space is very beautiful with planets that I had never seen in my life. Although if it is outdoors, there is a dome that also lets in all the light and air where they have a fountain, a small artificial river. If you are in the puddle of ingenuity, you should come here.

Wow! So much to see....being out in nature, indigenous plants, waterfall, colorful. Plus, the cafeteria serves an amazing spinach torta!

The place is incredible! Note: The conservatory is only one area of ​​the Botanical Garden, which charges 50 pesos for admission. But it is a good place to go for walks, if you are going to go in hot weather it would be good to bring water and also wear comfortable clothes and tennis shoes because they are dirt roads.

If you are visiting San Miguel or live here this place is a MUST. No matter the season, ask for their yearly festivities. Nice shop and coffee area. Good for children.

This was one of the first places we visited after moving to SMA. Two visits, and we became members. Wonderful collection of native plants from all over México, with a concentration on local plants. Beautiful trails, fabulous views and a mix of manicured, curated gardens and wild areas, including the romantic ruins of an 18th century hacienda. Definitely one of my favorite places in San Miguel!
