Great hotel in an excellent location. The restaurant serves very good food with lots of options including very healthy options. The design of the hotel was next level. The Pool area especially was super cool. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a great Casa Dragones tasting room and also a well stocked wine bar and a Mescal bar. All staff were very friendly and helpful and Aurea in particular was a superstar concierge for us at all hours of the day for all our requests. Definitely a repeat for us when we are back in San Miguel Allande.

This hotel is like a dream. The decor is spectacular, the amenities are world class, and the breakfast is incredibly delicious. The location is the heart of everything.

Beautiful boutique hotel right in the middle of everything. The restaurant is located in the beautiful courtyard. The pool area is small but really well made. The rooms are beautiful, elegant, spacious and well illuminated. It’s not a cheap hotel, but worth it.

From the moment walking in the space, you feel welcomed. Walked to your room. Staff is greeting and mostly multi-lingual. Rooms are clean and cleaned daily. Treats are in the rooms in the afternoon. The beds/lighting/vibe are extremely inviting and comfortable. Thanks to Luisiana and Manuel for a great trip and feeling welcomed daily.

Whenever I travel to San Miguel de Allende, I always like to visit Doce-18. While it can be pricey for items, I still enjoy the place itself, and the selection of restaurants and shops. It's always a cool place to check out.

We just returned from a stunning four night stay at L'otel Casa Arca. I am not sure where to begin when describing the reasons to choose this hotel if visiting San Miguel. The communication from the front desk prior to our arrival was excellent. We had arranged a car transfer from CDMX to SM through the hotel, and everything about this was flawless. We had excellent drivers both ways and we were transferred in a large and very comfortable SUV. The hotel is located in the absolute best location in town, on a gorgeous pedestrian street and steps from the main square and parish church. The rooms are beautifully decorated and huge, with luxurious bathrooms. Our room (room 202) had a huge balcony that had direct access to the outdoor pool. Stunning! The staff at the hotel were all so kind and welcoming and it is spotless. The vibe is very mellow and the hotel interior is colorful and in character with the feel of SM, but refined. There were small details that added to our stay like evening treats delivered to the room and an incredible breakfast each morning (included in the room rate). Lastly, our stay included a tasting for two in the mezcal tasting room of the hotel (there is also a cool wine bar next door for wine tastings). We had the pleasure of being walked through a tasting by Renee. Renee was exceptional and so passionate about his craft. He took so much time to teach us about mezcal and it was a highlight of our trip. Thank you! Overall, we had an incredible stay at L'otel Casa Arca and cannot wait to return here!

Nice hotel with stylish decor and ambience. It was great that there were only 4 rooms. Service was good (the only con would be that when arriving the valet and the bell button were not properly wearing their face masks). Stayed during the weekend so the nightly rate was expensive. Got some dinner from another site as they do not had their own restaurant and the cost was also high for what I ordered (900 mxn for 2 jaiba tacos and 1 caesar salad). “Complimentary” breakfast was pretty good. Room was spacious and clean. Overall, an upscale option for lodging but kind of overpriced.

Really wonderful hotel with really welcoming & caring staff. There was some construction noise and the pool area was covered in small rocks one of the mornings. Having said that, the hotel manager was very apologetic and went above and beyond to make up for the issues we ran into. Overall, giving it 4 stars.

Casa Arca served an amazingly delicious Tostada de Atún (Tuna Tostada) and a Brownie with Mole and ice cream! Great wait staff, hovering for any need. Beautiful decor and ambiance. I highly recommend!

Location is awesome service is very limited. No parking nearby, you will need to make it on your own when asking for stuff as this is a very small hotel.

IHG customers beware when booking this Hotel. The staff was apparently not trained and wanted to charge twice for the same room. The front desk was not helpful and dismissive.

This hotel is what every hotel should aspire to, the service goes above and beyond and the tasting rooms inside are all FANTASTIC. Ask for Eric and Rene for any tasting for wine and Mezcal both of them extremely knowledgeable and very nice. Would always stay here when I go to San Miguel.

After a terrible experience at a nearby "5 star" hotel - we got so fed up we decided to switch. We had been to a Casa Dragones tasting at Casa Arca, and noted how absolutely beautiful it was- lucky for us they had availability for us to spend our last two nights of our trip there. This hotel has everything. The rooms are beautiful, the food is amazing and they have FOUR bars and a restaurant! Mezcal bar, wine bar, casa dragones, and the main restaurant / bar. Food and service were all outstanding. The location is great. When we come back to SMA we will absolutely be staying here again. THANK YOU!!

Seriously amazing! Bed was so comfortable, hot water in the tub, fantastic service and you really can't get any closer to the jewel of San Miguel. It was exactly what I wanted and worth the price because it lives up to the standard for a five star boutique hotel.

Stayed for 2 nights and was the most amazing boutique hotel I have ever stayed! Irving Nolasco was so atentive and nice. Decor, architecture, food, shops and restaurants are also beautifully done. I truly did not want to leave and will definitely come back...

My dad, sister, and I had a fantastic one-night experience at L'Otel in San Miguel de Allende. Location is unbeatable. They were super accommodating since they allowed us to make a last minute change to our reservation at no additional cost. The rooms were beautiful, super spacious, and clean. Unfortunately, breakfast at the restaurant was unpleasant since service was more than subpar. Would definitely stay here again, but probably not eat there.

A sort of indoor plaza with a food court with great food and extra stores. Great place to have lunch. There is also a hotel at the top of the building but it is more on the expensive side.

Glad to welcome a place that takes pride on giving mexican cuisine the place it deserves. Fantastic array of cocktails with an odd touch of Wales and an awesome service

(Translated by Google) The hotel is small (only 4 rooms) but with excellent decoration. The car is driven by a valet and you must notify the hotel 15 minutes before your arrival so that it can be picked up. The cost of the room is a little higher in relation to the value from my point of view. Includes breakfast, which consists of coffee, tea, fruit, bread and main course. It happened to me that the juice was fermented 😜. The attention from the staff is very good. It has a mini pool on the roof. What makes it very convenient is that you are steps away from the SMA center (Original) El hotel es pequeño (solo 4 habitaciones) pero con una excelente decoración.
