Tim the night manager was lovely. Sadly I checked out within 10 minutes of checking in because the room was filthy. There were roaches walking around, a dust collection underneath the towel rail on a tile lip where they had obviously installed the towel rail and not bothered to tidy up their mess afterwards, there was one mouse dropping in the bathroom, a rusty metal sharp object on the shower wall, the shower head flange was coming away from the wall and this non-smoking room absolutely wreaked of cigarette smoke. Oh, did I mention the mold on the bathroom ceiling!?

Nice hotel very close to steel Stacks area. Bonus; it is in same parking lot as Bethlehem diner. 3 star rooms tho. But a good place to settle in for a night. Will probably return here as we are scheduling more visits to Bethlehem/ Nazareth area

The only thing I didn't like was the pillows are really small and you only get 2 of them. Other than that I thought it was a decent place to stay. It was very clean which is always a good thing. In my opinion it's too pricey, but everything is today. I would definitely stay there again.

I was at the Red Roof Inn across the street for three days. My room was never cleaned and if I wanted clean towels I was told to go to the laundry dry myself. The staff was inattentive and not very accommodating . The one night I spend at the Scottish Inn and Suites was the .ost comfortable sleep I had In days. I would recommend staying at the Scottish Inn and Suites as a first resort.

Best price In town for a reason. Unfortunately I had no other place to go since everything was full. After 16 hour working I didn't feel like driving home. Is dangerous if you're by yourself. I was freaking out when I first went into the parking lot, they have a couple fighting and yelling and no one call the police. I had to call the police myself. Going up to the second floor there was garbage everywhere and drunk people all over me. I thought I was going to die. The 3 start is for how clean the room was, it has microwave and refrigerator. And the front desk staff was very nice.

I stayed here 2 nights and my room was never cleaned! We could not find anyone to get towels so only one towel. The room had bed bugs and I came home all bit up. I called the front desk and was zero help. This place is a disgrace! Do not book a room here! The clerk never asked which room we stayed in so stay away from room 210. Horrible stay, they do not even deserve a star.

I know they're trying to renovate and fix things up but the rooms half of them have busted dressers or the TV doesn't work and some there might not even be a TV the nighttime clerk is helpful the amenities are somewhat lacking is in non-existent other than a washer and dryer in a common area by the pool

Tried to rent a room was refused over the phone for mentioning we have service animals. The woman spoke very poor English and was very rude. She couldn't understand it's illegal to demand copies of proof. There is no federally recognized service dog registry. And No I will not give a complete stranger my dogs only set of papers nor am I required or even comfortable showing them to you. Learn the law lady. ADA getting called on u bruh.

Actual bullet holes in my rooms door. Patched up by a spot weld but still very noticeable.

Don't believe all the negative reviews.. Rooms are big & clean.. Lamanent & tile floors.. Bug free!!! .. Hard to find hotels that you can smoke in.. You can here!! Customer service was very polite and helpful.. Restaurants (highly recommend Bethlehem Diner) and shopping close by.. Will definitely stay again when in the area!!

Decent rooms for the price you pay, but service from staff could be friendlier.

I happy that I did not stayed there, because their staff at the front desk is highly rude and unprofessional. If you have any other option please don’t stay here.

I am a resident and am staying while I am finding a permanent home. I have been treated with great respect and service has been wonderful.

+ The location is decent. There are two diners in the same parking lot. Bethlehem Diner is worth the visit. There's also a small strip mall across the street for other needs. + Our bed sheets were clean, but one had a cigarette burn hole. - Did not feel secure. Entrances to the building were unlocked. Our room only had a dead bolt, no sliding lock. - Bathroom was gross. The ceiling was moldy, there was no lid on the toilet, the shower curtain wouldn't close all the way. - Electrical panels were old with wiring exposed in some places.

Rooms really need remodeling. Paint is peeling 😩. Paster on ceiling. Lucky it was one nite and to tire to keep driving!

Absolutely worst hotel I have EVER stayed at! First night the receptionist wasn't going to let me stay here because I wanted to change my credit card. Asked to see a different room cuz I don't need two queen beds they show me same exact room but on different side of hallway. Now I asked for towel to shower and clean myself for 2 days in a row and get told by the guy behind the desk to bad you have to wait until tomorrow morning. Absolutely worst hotel I have EVER been to. Horrible customer service

The guy at night time is very rude with clients. The White guy with long beard. Other than that it's clean, safe.

It was a motel room, wasn't the comfort suits or what not. The room was ok. Service was perfect and really patient.

Rooms are run down. Ceiling and tub peeling. Holes in the bed spread. Thankfully I was only staying one night. Stayed at nice places for a cheaper price. Definitely won't be coming back to this hotel. This hotel is more like a motel. There are cockaroaches in the room. It's a roach motel. So disappointed.

It's getting better there for a while each room had pieces of furniture that looked like they might have been belong to an old dormitory or the end result of direct bar fights every night most of the dressers are missing drawers but slowly and becoming nice again

Room was clean, spacious. No bugs, quiet. Some staff could get some benefit from “Finishing School “ Overall it’s an ok place.

Really am having an enjoyable stay at the Scottish Inn. I am a survivor of a fire from another local motel and have been here for 2 months since the fire there. Trying to find a permanent home. I can't say enough how the staff has been Wonderful to work with. Being claustrophobic and having anxiety I was in a smaller room at the previous motel and the Scottish Inn has helped me tremendously with more space. The really great part is I have comfortable sleeping because I have significant issues with my back and legs. A big plus is the warm bedding and heating and air conditioning that helps my medical conditions. Thank you Scottish Inn. I am staying at the Sottish Inn until I find my permanent home. It is not a vacation. They are Making my stay here exceptional.
