This location was a good overall experience. Staff was friendly, my cheesesteak was cooked quickly and was very fresh and hot. Their chipotle sauce added great flavor and moisture to it. Left very happy.

This will be my last time here! I'm tired of paying what I pay and not getting what I pay for! I work hard for my money and I expect to get what I pay for! Too many times I order extra meat and never receive it, the bread is hard 80%of the time and customer service is bad. I can't say that for all of the employees but a good amount of them don't care about making your food and they aren't pleasant. I'll spend my $$ at restaurants that are appreciate my business! Update!!! I recently started visiting this store again. It has all different staff and seemed to be different... the first few visits were good and slowly depreciated thereafter... I enclosed pics of a #7 which is turkey and provolone... 1 slice of Turkey and a slice of provolone... This is what I paid $16.00 for?!?! Bread and lettuce?!?! This is by far!!! The worst JM location I've ever been to!

I was so disappointed to get all the way home and notice my sandwich was molded after spending $30 to only throw it in the trash. I would recommend only using bread baked the day before this is really unsanitary. I would love my money back to be honest I was gonna go out in the cold over 20 minutes away just to complain at the time but I would have loved to handed them back their sandwiches and get my money back. 🫤 usually I just hand my son his sandwich who happens to be 6yrs old thank God I got home and inspected this or else he would have eaten a moldy sandwich.

I placed an order for pick up. I was given the wrong item. I ordered capicola with prosciutto sandwich and ended up with straight up ham. Terrible sandwich and the organization they had there was a mess. Very disappointed

I have been going to this location since it opened and it has been going downhill. We always order extra meat and very seldom do we receive it. I have called and they credit my account and then take it back out. Tonight once again we ordered extra meat on all three of our subs. Does this look like extra meat?

Very good service and professional counter staff...prices a little high for what you get but a good experience overall at the newly opened Whitehall location.

I use to love this place. I would order on grub hub regularly. I will never order again I took a bite of my tuna sandwich and it tasted funny.....upon further inspection there was mold on my bread. Step number one is inspection before you start making the food. Way to fail ! Maybe the health inspector should pay this location a visit.

Excellent staff and friendly service. Fresh sandwiches and a variety of options. From Cheese steaks to clubs and subs. Lunch time can get very busy but is worth the wait for the quality.

Messed up my whole order hut nice place

I got a roast beef hoagie from the local Jersey Joe's, and they absolutely knocked it out of the ballpark, bases loaded, this hoagie was earthshatteringly good. I was not excited about a new hoagie joint when they first moved into my area, but they will be a regular stop from now on

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a Jersey mikes in my life. Went in with my wife to get a sandwich and there was two girls behind counter. The 1st one made a mistake on the size of my wife’s sandwich. We were ok with this as we understand that mistakes are made. So my wife asks if the sandwich was wheat and the girl with the blue hair responds by saying yah I just saw it with an attitude. I then forgot to ask for mayonnaise so while the sandwich was still open I asked and she gave a dirty look then started to throw away the tomato’s and put the mayonnaise on. She was then closing up the sandwich and I kindly said you just have to put the tomatoes on. So she looked mad and went back to putting them on. She then gave me my food and I said have a nice day so she then says nothing and walks away. My opinion is fire her and anyone like her in that establishment. Also to note there was like three people in there so it wasn’t because it was a rush which I would understand

I normally come to this place and get good service I don't know what happened today I ordered almost 50 dollars worth of food for my food to be soggy this is why i said sweet peppers and pickels on side I'm so disappointedl looks like I'm going take a break from this place.

Sliced meat is fresh when you order. Very expensive for what you get. It was really good tho

When I went to pick up my sub, my sandwiches were on the counter pre-made with the note stationary sitting on top of the meat that was ordered for my sandwich. When I ask for a fresh sandwich to be made I receive such an attitude with poor service 😡

Been here a few times, every time I came here the customer service was phenomenal, helped my daughter pick out a sandwich, just amazing, got the food fast. Will definitely be stopping by here all the time when my fiancé gets her nails done next door at LY Nails and Spa

Just wanna give a shout out to Jersey Mike's in Whitehall. The food is always great and they have never gotten an online order of ours incorrect, even with extra instructions. That doesn't happen often these days. Keep up the great work...we see you!!!

Amazing fresh taste. Just expensive. A 7 inch hoagie shouldn't be 10-11 dollars. it would be 5 stars if price would come down.

My wife and I went there first the first time....absolutely outstanding!!! She got a chicken bacon ranch gluten free and I got roast beef n provolone...tasted delicious!!! The staff was very friendly and it was very clean. We will most definitely be back soon!!!!
