an
extremely
unpleasant
experience
during
my
recent
visit
to
this
shop.
After
purchasing
clothes,
I
discovered
they
had
charged
me
extra
for
items
I
hadn't
bought.
When
I
brought
this
to
their
attention,
instead
of
addressing
the
issue,
the
staff
engaged
in
a
heated
argument,
creating
an
uncomfortable
scene.Despite
requesting
a
refund,
they
continued
arguing,
and
it
took
considerable
time
before
I
received
my
balance.
I
requested
a
refund
to
my
bank
account
to
the
young
lady
in
the
counter
due
to
an
online
payment,
but
the
response
was
rude
and
uncooperative.
If
a
cashier
at
the
counter
cannot
manage
customers
alone
and
engages
in
unprofessional
behavior,
it
raises
doubts
about
her
suitability
for
the
role.Moreover
when
I
left,
salespeople
formed
a
group
in
the
parking
area,
mocking
and
making
inappropriate
comments.
This
unprofessional
behavior
highlights
a
concerning
lack
of
customer
service
and
professionalism.
This
has
been
my
third
worst
experience
with
this
shop,
reinforcing
why
many
prefer
shopping
at
established
brands
like
Zudio
and
Trends
or
opting
for
online
platforms
