Really nice park, lovely duck pond. Only thing I would say needs help is the toilets. They are pretty gruesome

Lovely lovely park. Well kept and looked after by everyone. Took kids there to feed the ducks and we were greeted by this majestic birds. Don't see swans very often and not so close, but today they were eating bread out of kids hand. Beautiful.

My local park. I noticed all the nice photos have gone up, none of it on a rainy day! There's a lot of inconsiderate dog walkers, leaving their dog mess everywhere but generally speaking it's a lovely park and one of the better ones in the area.

A well kept park, children's play area, cafe, toilets, cricket pitch. Plenty of park benches and a picnic area and a small car park.

a lovely park with a special focus on ducks and other related pound birds. I particularly appreciated the diversity (i.e. age, social, pets) in attendance... definately the most inclusive park I ever visited

Large park with playing fields, gardens, a children's play area, a lake, tennis courts and more. Just a short walk from the seafront. This park is also home to a cricket club.

I found it quite nice to spend time in this park, the people around are super friendly, there are puppies playing everywhere, and yet it's big enough that it's very quiet for some relax-time.

Absolutely love Southchurch Park. It's my fave in the area. Plenty of things to see and for little ones to explore. Huge field, basketball court, tennis courts (where we do Kangoo Jumps classes during summer months), pond, nice cafe, play area and football pitch. Perfect!

A wonderful space for rest, relaxation and play. Well kept gardens, a lake with plenty of wildlife, sports facilities, play areas, a cafe and some great walks to be had. An oasis in a land of confusion.

Not the nicest or biggest parks, but it's okay. Nice for a short walk with a pretty view.

Lovely park with nice large lake .Swans on there with their young plus plenty of ducks .Have a duck feeding station there gives you food for them costs £1.50 .Has a nice cafe get light bites cakes drinks etc .Great play area for the kids and lots of space to run around in .The only thing I really didn't like was the universal toilets would never let one of my children go in there on their own .Has a good size car park .All in all the kids had a great time

Great park, field, play area, cafe, gardens, rose beds, table tennis. Great for Dog walking, enjoyable views, large pond/lake for viewing ducks and swans and seagulls. Free available parking in 2 local car parks. Also within walking distance of the Sea Front.

I visited this park for the first time and I’ve lived in the area for 30 years. Very surprised at how nice this park is and has a brilliant little cafe in the centre that does good food I will definitely be returning.

I love this park. Was my GSD Harriet’s favourite place and was the last place I ever took her before she passed. Will always hold a special place in my head sitting with her looking at the swans and the ducks I just find it so peaceful at night when the lights round the pond are on

Lovely place to take your dog for a walk. Plenty of open space. Lovely little cafe within the park too. Fairly priced and hot food available. Duck pond too if your dog likes chasing birds 🤣

Always a great place to visit. Dogs love the walk and meeting new friends. We enjoy interacting with other owners and the Cafe serves excellent coffee and bacon sandwiches. Just wish dog owners would ALL pick up "their" dog's poo.
