It is very good just dont buy footwear from here they have very poor quality of footwear,price of footwear is hing and in one day only my sandle brought from here got tore and it was having very low quality material used it was just looking nice at store it was not worth to buy it ,cloth collection is nice there ,new stock is also available now one must go for shopping of cloths only no footwear should be taken from here

A good brand but pathetically lazy staff who are clueless at sometimes or are utmost non customer friendly! Very lethargic attitude that makes your regret shopping here.

Disrespectful and rude cashier "Shaikh Afzal". The rest of the staff was welcoming and helpful. But during the billing process I had to unnecessarily wait for a long time in the queue even though there was only one family ahead of me. And when the cashier Afzal asked me to press the buttons on the counter for review I happened to give a mediocre rating. On seeing the rating Afzal became aggressive and started shouting at me, questioning me for the not so perfect rating. I asked him to watch his tone and whether that was the way to talk to customers, but it had no impact on him. His disrespectful behaviour was very offending to me. In the end I asked him "Do you want me to buy from here?" at which he snapped "I don't know". Pantaloons management should work on instilling good manners and etiquette in their cashier Afzal Shaikh.

Look at this I bought a beautiful Kurt's top from pantaloons margao . To wear for a wedding . And when I was dressing up for the wedding . When I wore the Kurt. This is what started to happen . To the Kurta . All cuts over the Kurt. And it costed me 1599 . And the staff wanted me to pay 1000 rupees extra to get a membership so that I get discounts on my outfit . Such a bad experience. Will never buy from here anymore .

Worst shopping experience. Shopping is supposed to be a wonderful experience. The sales reps at the store murder it. I went to buy a pair of sunglasses. I was only looking for a particular brand. The sales girl was hounding me. Pushing her brand forcibly, inspite of me asking for some space. This store asks you to rate the service at the payment counter. The sales rep is peering over my shoulder to see the zero rating that I gave. Wow! What an experience. Store is great but the employees especially assigned to the sunglasses section are absolutely garbage!

I love the brands Forever New and Annabelle in Pantaloons. Other clothing and accessories grwat as well. They always have a lovely collection of jewelry. Store is well maintained and helpful staff! Always end up buying something extra after staff recommendations.

They have a fine choice of clothes but the staff is very forceful. They force you to buy stuff.

Two stars only bcoz the staff hovers around you at every single corner. They don't even give you proper breathing space and it is truly a terrible shopping experience! Everytime they stick to you as if you are there to steal! Pantaloons, Margao really needs to look into this. It's just terrible.

But the people who work there if you enter into the shop instead of helping you what you need rather they do judge people that they are not coming here buy only they are wasting our time... Poor billing service, was charged more than the actual bill, please check your bills properly before paying and I was entitled to have membership discount which was also not given, didn’t expect such poor service from pantaloons and its very much hassle to call them cause they put your call on hold and keep cutting it, there is no professional telephone atticates.

Worst sales person even. The sales girl I interacted with in the men's section doesn't have manners to talk to the customer. Instead of assisting customers She was acting like a boss n was just giving commands. Since then I hav stopped shopping at ur site. I would never recommend pantaloons to any of my friends. Not because of the cloths but just because of the attitude the lady showed. Second thing please stop sending me promotional messages as I m no longer interested in shopping at ur site..

Quality of product is really good. Ambience is well maintained. A large variety of options are available. Prices are reasonable. Billing however could be a little faster. It takes them 10-15minutes to finish billing one customer.

The staff is very nice and helpful. But I had the worst experience at the billing counter. Because of shortage of staff, I couldn't get the clothes checked for discounts. But the cashier was very rude and unhelpful. The full shopping experience was very bad only because of the cashier.

A pantaloon mall located near kadamba bust stand of mategaon. A full range of pantaloon clothing is available. The store is divided floor wise for the categories. For women's ground floor is dedicated. First floor is for kid and second floor you can get cloths for men.

Its a bst solution for all our clothing needs, good quality with reasonable rates. staff r good n helpful. All sizes are available. There are also many cashback, discounts and offers available. They are three level in this building. Ground floor is dedicated for ladies, First floor is combined for kids n ladies ethnic wear and The second floor is for Gents. i had done an online. Trial room is little headache. transaction but my payment got deducted twice so i went to the store after a week for an enquiry ( someone had told me that I'll not get it back)but to my surprise the staff and the accountant solved my problem within 5 minutes n the amount was refunded.

We visited this mall on 30th Dec 21, it was a bit busy to buy clothes. We liked the place as it offered variety and discounts. The T-shirt section for women and men was awesome. However wanted a pair of black shorts but didn't find one. The men section on the second floor was good . It has good brands to choose from. The pricing was on the higher side. The discounts were available only on few items. So I was a bit disappointed. However overall experience was good and would like to visit again. The staff was helpful and courteous. Good place for branded outfits.
