    Terrible service, the person who attended to me was not at all helpful, I took the prescription, he started by saying that the prescription didn't have the doctor's sticker, he didn't even try to send it to the insurance, he immediately said that the insurance wouldn't accept it, I I insisted again that the prescription had a stamp with the doctor's professional card number, they said I had to pay the insurance's list price, I immediately became possessed and I wanted not to do the tests there, but I ended up doing it, which The doctor isn't a big talker either, but he seemed to have a lot of experience. As I have 2 insurance policies, I sent the invoice for which I paid €85 to the other insurance company, for having a mammogram and a breast ultrasound, plus the prescription, the result was as I expected, the insurance company paid me 50% of the amount and didn't question anything about the prescription. Conclusion, the lady who helped me seems to be out of date and charges the insurance list price, she never went back to the IRE, I hated the service, they don't help at all, they want to charge the maximum amount possible by deceiving people.

    A huge shame. They scheduled a repeat of an exam for 8 am, because of the center. When I arrived I had to wait 65 minutes after doing 100km which was known to this center. The wait is due to a friend putting me on my schedule. Lack of respect for users I don't advise it to anyone.

    I have always had my ultrasounds and mammograms at this center with Dr. Emília Fouto (I really like this doctor). Unfortunately, this year after calling this center almost every day for 2 weeks to schedule a mammogram, no one ever answered the phone!! It's a shame, not going to see a doctor because of the terrible administrative service!! Fortunately, there are plenty of specialized laboratories and centers in Lisbon, so I will be carrying out my medical exams elsewhere.

    Very poor service from the reception team, with no ability to help resolve issues. I waited 40 minutes without any justification and they only called me to take the exams 1 hour after arriving. Dr. Margarida is very sweet and helpful, but the entire administrative team is very lost in their tasks and has no desire to help!

    I do not recommend. When the information was given that the exam would be through ADSE, they said that they did not take it, when the information they have available on the website is that they take the exam and that they have an agreement with ADSE. They still tried to make me believe that the information is out of date, but it is clear on the website that the information is from 2022! I felt like they tried to trick me and make me look like a fool, but the operator's attempt was unsuccessful! A lack of respect for those seeking health services!

    I booked an exam over the phone (on the 3rd attempt). I was seen by an extremely friendly employee who made an appointment for the same week. On the day of the exam, I was seen before the scheduled time, I waited a little, brought the images straight away and was told that the report will be sent to my email. All the staff were extremely friendly and attentive. I'll come back when I need to.
