The studio is a real hidden gem. We were holidaying nearby and wanted to fit some yoga in to our day. Ocean Yoga was perfect, with a lot of class options and friendly instructors who were very patient with us as relative beginners to yoga, so we could go at our pace. They also instructed in English, which was incredibly thoughtful! The studio is new and very clean, but the instructors were so experienced and informative. Thanks and hope to visit again in the future!

Great hatha vinyasa and power flow classes with Susana and Claudia, thank you so much (They even switched the classes in English!) If you are here for a holiday trip just like me and wish to keep practicing, do not hesitate, it helps energize your trip :)

I went to the yoga studio for a massage I had with Vanessa. What a beautiful, warm soul, it was quite a wonderful experience. ✨ I can only recommend to everyone! I felt safe, in good hands and seen by her. Also I felt right at home in the Studio, a great energy there, and am already looking forward to seeing you again and then also super keen to try one of the many, great yoga classes. 🙏🏼

I had a wonderful massage by Vanessa today at this lovely, serene studio located just a few blocks from the beach. Both Susana and Vanessa are fluent English speakers and made me feel so welcome, which is important when you're getting on the table. So when it came to my specific needs, I felt very comfortable putting myself in Vanessa's hands. She's a great communicator and I highly recommend.

Great yoga class in caparica- 12 euro for one class and the class was in English and Portuguese. Teacher was great and studio is clean and brand new.

Adoro as aulas e a filosofia do estúdio. A diversidade de aulas no horário, a simpatia e profissionalismo dos professores. O espaço é limpo e acolhedor, com todas as condições para excelentes aulas. Vários eventos e workshops aos fins de semana. Espaço para tratamentos/massagens. Preço muito acessível. Recomendo a todos que queiram melhorar a sua saúde física, mental e espiritual. Espaço muito completo. Ah já para não falar das vantagens que os alunos têm em parcerias com lojas e serviços locais.

Espaço acolhedor para cuidar do corpo e da mente, rapidamente se transformou num dos pontos altos da minha semana. Uma palavra especial para as professoras de yoga Ângela Morgado, Susana Belo e Ana Knakiewikz. São excelentes. Numa palavra, magnifico!
