😠 A rainy day in Lisbon and we thought a spa day would be ideal.. however, this was not a pleasant experience. I would absolutely not class this as a spa more a leisure centre. The pool area was unmanned with individuals playing TikTok on full volume and chatting loudly, echoing through the whole room... People often mention pool, sauna, massage, water, experience, room, facial, steam, time, staff,

A rainy day in Lisbon and we thought a spa day would be ideal.. however, this was not a pleasant experience. I would absolutely not class this as a spa more a leisure centre. The pool area was unmanned with individuals playing TikTok on full volume and chatting loudly, echoing through the whole room making relaxation impossible. After complaining to the front desk staff (who dismissed my concern), half an hour later a man and woman came into the pool area and stripped fully naked. The couple entered the sauna naked lying flat across the benches. I work in infection control and honestly, this is concerning. In such a hot room, microbes would have a field day. I complained again to the staff, who confirmed bathing suits were mandatory but she laughed it off and did nothing about it. I absolutely will not be returning here but cleanliness and control of your "relaxing" facilities need some serious attention..

we did not like our experience at all in this SPA…. the price is too high for what it is… the swimming cap is obligatory so they offer a horribly unpleasant plastic cap for €2.50 or a fabric swimming cap for €5, far too expensive to wear for 1 or 2 hours… the pool is cold, not easy to get in and not pleasant to stay there. of the 6 waterfalls offered, 2 do not work and the bubbles coming from the bottom of the pool for a balneotherapy effect are ridiculous.... the deck chairs surrounding the pool are dirty, full of black marks on them! access gives the right to a sauna and a hamam, they work quite well. In summary, for the price, move on, it's not worth more than a municipal swimming pool. anyway the customers are not mistaken, there is no one who goes there! This is the only advantage, the tranquility due to the absence of crowds. Besides, this is the first time that we have had to pay extra for access to a hotel SPA

Such a great relaxing time there. We went for some of their treatments (deep tissue massage and facial.) Was top value for money!

Lovely receptionist. €20 for use of sauna, pool, steam room, etc felt a little expensive but we really wanted to use the sauna after travelling so long. The only thing I didn't like was having to stand to use the pool functions (jacuzzi, waterfall, water massage, etc), meant it wasn't as comfortable for a short person like me. We were give a bathrobe, towels, free orange/lemon water... It was a very relaxing way to spend an afternoon in Lisbon!

The water therapy package is great value (€20 for up to 3 hrs with steam room, dry sauna, and pool). An excellent way to spend a few hrs relaxing and recharging indoors. Totally worth it even for just the steam room or sauna alone! The pool was my least favorite feature, unfortunately. The jets are positioned on the pool floor instead of the side walls, and produce only gentle bubbles so they cannot be really used as hydro massage treatment. The massage fountains are in the pool's deep end so it is difficult to experience the benefit if you are treading water or holding on to the side walls. Other spa hydro circuits position their jets and fountains in the shallow, so the guest can have their feet firmly on the pool floor and relax under the fountains, instead of needing to keep swimming and trying stay above water. A suggestion, that can be easily implemented - it would be great to have drinking water carafes and cups available near the sauna, instead of having to go back to the spa lobby for water. This will help guests refresh after extended time in the heated rooms, and minimize any possible fainting or dehydration.

We visited the Blue Spa this week for swimming, sauna and steam room use. It was a brilliant experience, very good value and the service was top notch. We spoke with Andreia before visiting to make inquiries about cost and options of other services, and when there, and she was excellent: incredibly helpful and informative, and she made our experience extra easy and relaxing. We will be visiting again soon. Pool was good, water pressure of the showers good, and the sauna and steam room were very good.

great experience! we booked through an external agency and had full access to pool, dry sauna, steam room, and massages/facials. you must bring your own sandals/flip flops and swim caps are required in the pool only which can be purchased from reception. the robes provided were super fluffy and comfortable!

Cheap. Pool not warm enough unfortunately. Sauna and hammam work well. Good quality massages

The worst client service ever. I booked the treatment 2 days in advance and received an email confirmation only to come and find out that the spa is closed for maintenance that day. Why bother updating your schedule on google maps or even send a notification to a client, right? Best part: the guy on the hotel reception didn’t even apologize because the spa “doesn’t belong to the hotel”. Why would you even close your spa on a Sunday? Ridiculous experience, would never recommend this place to anyone.

The water in the pool was really cold, no way to enjoy it. And the jacuzzi is really not ideal, pretty week, 3 spots in the middle so you have to stand. So 20€ for just the steam room and sauna end up being too much. Not going back

The pool water is dirty and overly chlorinated. After the pool you want to wash yourself with soap. There is mold in the showers. The only good thing about this spa is the hot stone massage.

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently visited the BluSpa at Jupiter Lisboa and I can say with certainty that it was one of the best spa experiences I have ever had. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, everything felt top notch. The staff was extremely helpful and professional, making you feel completely at ease. The hygiene of the spa was absolutely remarkable, which gave me confidence in their precautions. The spa ritual was remarkably well organized and attentive, leaving me feeling completely refreshed and relaxed. The facilities are very impressive - the hot pool was the highlight of my day, but also the sauna and steam room are definitely a recommend a visit to the BluSpa - Jupiter Lisboa. It exceeded my expectations and I can't wait to visit again for another unforgettable experience.

Great spot with affordable massages. Unfortunately I didn't have time to check out the pool that you get access to with a massage, but it looks really nice and the staff are really caring and polite.

The massage therapists were all exceptional. All I can say is WORLD CLASS. The massage is perfect. The staff are all very kind and friendly. If you want to be pampered and experience an amazing massage then I recommend that this is the place to go. Overall, BEST one ever!!!

Staff friendly, clean facilities and nice relaxing atmosphere. however it's missing a proper Jacuzzi and toilets near the pool area.

Stay Away! Even though I booked a specific facial, they tried to suggest a different one on the excuse of availability. I asked them to book me whenever the esthetician is available for the facial I want. When I arrived on the day, they said the facial steamer has stopped functioning minutes before I arrived so they can only offer a different facial. I insisted to return when the equipment is fixed as I really only needed the particular facial I booked. But further excuses by the spa official saying they’re not sure when it will be fixed, made me choose one of the other facials. During the facial the esthetician spent all of 10 mins on my face when she applied the different steps (cleanser, toner, moisturizer and a mask was applied) and after each step it was 20 mins of resting time with no effort from the esthetician. No equipment was used whatsoever. For few minutes she massaged my feet. And after what seemed like eternity of laying pointlessly (80 mins) it was finally over. The entire experience from booking to the actual spa and afterwards when my skin got pimples was just so pathetic. I will never return. Even at the end when I explained to the spa check-in staff about the lack of equipment in the spa, she tried to blame me and concluded with “the Spa’s philosophy is no tools only products”. I’m appalled to say the least. For that much money I am used to brilliant facials with extraction, microcurrents, led/uv therapy and constant facial massage. The only time one has to be idle is during mask and that’s when the esthetician massages feet or head/neck. This was a true waste of time, money and I feel sorry for my skin for the cheap products they’re using.
