Both
in
a
good
and
bad
way.
It's
really
quiet,
you
can
hear
no
noise.
But
absolutely
no
one
is
here
to
help
you
out.
NO
CUSTOMER
SERVICE
at
all.
If
you
need
anything,
just
forget
it,
because
no
one
is
there
to
give
that.
They
say
it's
full
automated
access,
which
sounded
fancy
at
the
beginning,
but
now
my
room
is
hot,
and
god
knows
how
I
can
turn
it
on,
or
even
whether
I
have
it
in
my
room
or
not.
All
they
have
is
some
automatic
answering
robot
which
they
use
when
they
send
you
message
via
variety
of
booking
site.
If
you
ask
back,
they
just
ignore
it.
Believe
me,
do
not
go
there.
