Ineficient, old, the recepcionists are a bunch of sad, rude, bureaucrat public servers treating people like trash just because they are the ones behind the desk, thinking they are better than the people they are there to serve. They do everything not to help, and when they are questioned, they get angry. If you can, avoid this depressing place.

Even after booking an appointment over the phone for 15:00 and confirmed it. I arrived 15 mins early to be told my appointment is at 17:30. No exception could be made. No responsibility for the mistake. I was told they don’t speak English and was directed bluntly to sit down. After 10 minutes of hearing the other teller speaking English I went to ask what am I supposed to be doing, I was told to wait until my name gets calls. 2,5 hours later. Disgrace.

Visited this center today to get numero de utente for my son and myself. It took about half an hour. Security person at the enterance doesn't speak english but you have to explain to him what you need, i used my base portugese knowlege, lady at reception speaks english and gave me our numbers within 5-10 minutes, and i was waiting for my turn for about 15 minutes

Very helpful staff, we just moved here 25 days back we don't have the insurance yet but they took us only on our NIF number and passport.

I visited this hospital twice.First time for my Health Number and second time for Tetanus vaccine. Both times staff was very cooperative and helpful.

I have very good experience here. Front desk staff is very very kind and cooperative very professional also can speak English. Feel very comfortable here. They helped me to get registered for Portuguese language classes for free.

I was expecting the worst based on the reviews but was positively surprised. I got my appointment quickly and the staff was very friendly, despite my limited knowledge of Portuguese.
