    Great people-watching place; every class and age of person. Staff are friendly and know what they are doing. Food and drinks are very good.

    I've been going to Central since I was a kid, 40+ years ago, and they still maintain their high standards of freshly baked Portuguese fine pastry. Now I take my kid with me.

    As the name sounds, it is Almada ' s city center cafe. It is a classic cafe on a grand scale. Perfect place to people watch, have many espressos, and food pastries of all sorts.
