Another brilliant Holmes Place location in Oeiras this time, conveniently located in an industrial area, close to the A5 Highway. The usual high quality premise with pool and excellent amenities. A small but good café is also included in the interior with a fine selection of bakeries.

A great place to train, not crowded at all and with of safety agains covid. The pool is my personal favourite 🙂

Very friendly and "family-style" place to get your fit back. Staff is English speaking, service on a high-level. On a separate note I'd like to highlight top-notch massage experience that I received from Sarah. I had the pleasure of receiving a relaxing massage from Sarah, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. Sarah has a truly exceptional client attitude, making me feel comfortable and at ease from the moment I walked into the spa. Her professionalism is also extremely high, as she expertly tailored the massage to my specific health conditions. I left feeling rejuvenated and completely relaxed, my neck received a second life. I highly recommend Sarah and her services to anyone looking for a top-notch massage experience!

Locker rooms are great, as are the sauna and steam room. I mostly use the weight & cardio areas, and I've noticed that out of order equipment is getting more usual, and remain out of order for a few days...
