Wow. Went here for lunch today. What an amazing choice of food on offer. The restuarant impressed me from the moment i walked in. Super friendly staff. We were showed right away a waiting prepared table. I ate first from the salad bar. All nice and fresh. Then had a plate of delicious noodles. Followed this with chicken breast and steak grilled fresh and delivered to my table by robot. Highly recommended We will go again

The restaurant is enormous and wasn’t so busy as we went early for lunch.. it’s pretty normal select your meat/fish hand it over and it comes to you on a quirky robot.. the non cook selection was extremely poor in every dish being low quality and wasn’t refreshed so stale and missing items, the cooked selection took ages to arrive by robot and wasn’t cooked well just burnt oil flavour. For the price we felt disappointed ☹️

I must say I am not a fan of such places, so my review is biased. Thing is, the place looks welcoming and it is, as well as the staff. Is always full, so they must do good things at a fair price. And is almost like this. But the food is mediocre under any aspect. Yes, you can eat as much as you like, and I get that. But why? Why should you fill up your stomach to make up for the cheap (in any case) price, ingesting as much food as you can? Eating should give pleasure for the flavours and the experience, not because there is a lot of it. You can still go cheaper and eat better. Without having to walk to the buffet. Once again, if you like buffets, is probably good, but not for me.

Although undoubtedly appreciated by many (as this is a big restaurant) I would score it zero as I don't think I've ever had a worse eating experience. The hot foods all arrive tasting of cooking oil and nothing else. They have absolutely no flavour, whether they be fish or meat. The only edible food is the cold salad. The only human drinks service is sullen and after that the hot foods are delivered to table by robotic "waiters". A thoroughly unpleasant experience in every respect.

Options for Buffet or takeout. Very efficient and polite staff Food is good and wide selection of Chinese food. Excellent place for a quick meal.

Nice place to have something to eat when you don't know where to go. The staff was helpful. The food alright but not the best to be honest. It had few international selection and fresh meat and fish. It was too expensive. The only issue we had was that most of the food wasn't warm and there was no label on the food.

Not so good, very bad quality food and taste

The food was with acceptable quality. However, while I was having a diner with a friend, the staff started to clean the dust accumulated on the top of the lightings over the mext tables.

Good food,great variety and staff are very pleasant. Bit noisy, like a staff canteen but it was busy. Overall good value for money.

They have an amazing robot that gives you really nice attention

The food is good but its worth going just to see the robot cat waiter. It plays music and delivers your plates to your table. Afterwards it meows then moves on. Soo cuute!!
