Hace años que cambié de oftalmólogo y comencé a ser paciente de la Clínica El Brillante y no puedo estar más contenta. Este año me he operado con láser con ellos y todo ha salido perfecto. El trato y la profesionalidad del Dr. Fidalgo y de todo el personal me parece excepcional y sus instalaciones y aparatos de última generación. Totalmente recomendable!

When Doctor is there, he has done everything for me in the same day. Hace dos semanas estuve con un familiar que se operaba de cataratas (derivado de la seguridad social), y el trato fue muy bueno, tanto los doctores que nos atendieron como los optometristas y el personal en general fueron muy profesionales y amables. La operación fue muy bien y hemos quedado muy contentos con el resultado. Gracias por la calidad humana y la atención médica recibida,son unos grandes profesionales.

Mi suegra se operó de cataratas en septiembre del 2021. Le recomendaron que se pusiera unas lentes especiales que costaban 2500€ para no tener que usar gafas. Tras muchas visitas y 8 meses después, puesto que no ha recuperado la vista, le han indicado que tiene que usar gafas porque la lente no fue graduada correctamente. Ahora tiene que desembolsar más de 1000€ por unas gafas que le prometieron que no iba a tener que usar. Nadie se ha responsabilizado de nada ni por su puesto han devuelto el dinero de algo que no ha servido para nada. No recomendaré jamás esta clínica. Me parece una falta de profesionalidad terrible, ya que al menos la podían haber compensado con el costo de las gafas.

El trato muy bien, la espera normal, el oftalmólogo muy bien, pero deberían incluir en su publicidad que la financiación y el pago de las consultas dependen del médico que te atiende. Me explicaron que puedes tener financiación o no y es obligatorio pagar la consulta en efectivo porque ese médico no admite el pago con tarjeta o transferencia.......Cada uno que piense y deduzca. Pero a mi la sensación es que me están engañando.

Hace un par de días que he sido operado en esta clínica con la técnica Femtolasik para corregir la miopía. Tanto desde el preoperatorio, pasando por la operación y revisión postoperatoria del día siguiente, el trato por parte de todo el personal (atención al cliente, enfermeros, oftalmólogos, etc.) ha sido excelente. A mí me ha operado el Dr. Antonio Fidalgo, al que agradezco también su trato, siendo siempre conciso y claro en todo momento con las pautas a seguir durante el protocolo de la operación y cuidados postoperatorios.

I have been knowing and treating Dr. Leonor Escribano for some time, without a doubt a discovery and I am lucky to meet her and put myself in her hands. I love the way she treats her clients and the way she works with aesthetic medicine.
