Horrible client support. I tried to book an appointment 2 times by WhatsApp. The person who was answering was super slow, asking me when I wanted to come and first suggesting a time then saying that this time is not available and this happened multiple times so I ended up not going because they just failed to book me and we used a week (!) for correspondence! Exactly the same happened again when I tried to book for October - just a huge mess and inability to work with clients. For anyone who doesn’t know Spanish- I don’t recommend this place.

I got my second laser here today. Now, a month after the first laser, the thickness has decreased a lot. And I recommend it because the staff is very kind and the facilities are clean 😆
