Great place with great staff. I drove 4 hours for the Emerald Laser since there is nothing close to my home. I was not disappointed! The procedure was in a quiet, relaxing environment and pain free; the staff were pleasant and accommodating. I saw results immediately after the procedure. It was definitely worth the drive.

I went to the ND Life Spa on Tuesday and the service was great! I went in to try the Emerald Laser treatment. I lost an inch off my stomach and was blown away. I can't wait to go in for my next appointment! I highly recommend going to ND Life Spa and trying out the Emerald Laser and their other services.

Dr Blackwood is hands down the best! I started coming many years ago for low back pain and I haven’t had problems with it since. Now I come for maintenance and occasional neck pain.

I went for my very first massage on Monday and I was under the impression that it'd be nice and relaxing. It was quite the opposite. I was tense the whole time because she was so heavy handed it hurt. The lady was very nice BUT I asked her at least 5 times to be little lighter. The whole point of me wanting to book a massage was so that I could release some tension and just relax. I'm upset I paid $80 to sit through a painful experience and to top it off, the next morning I woke up so sore which I don't think is common when someone gets a massage. It feels like my neck, shoulders, and lower back is bruised. If you like hard and heavy massages, this is the place for you. If you're wanting a relaxing massage, look elsewhere. I'll add that the massage was cut a few minutes short, but I didn't care because I wanted out of that room. The manager reached out after I called and said they can't issue a refund, which I understand. She offered a few infrared sauna treatments and said she’d email me. This was on Tuesday. It’s now Friday and I haven’t received an email so I’m assuming she’s not going to follow through. Not a good experience at all.

Had a massage for the first time in a while and I must say it was the best massage I’ve ever had. Shanna is amazing! I’ll definitely be coming back!

First time at ND life spa! I will definitely be going back! The staff are very friendly and my massage therapist was wonderful! Made me feel comfortable and relaxed! I love that she focused on the areas I needed the most work on!

Some of the services I've had here are: weight loss program (nutrition), coaching, laser light, massage, body wrap, sauna, and vibration. #1 the people working at this location are amazing and make you feel comfortable. They aren't here to judge and just want to help you. They've let me contact them on off hours with the nutrition questions you run into out and the real world. They go the extra mile and it shows!
