Shelby at the counter was extremely rude. If I’m willing to pay extra for more food then do so! She seemed incompetent at using the computer to input my order.

It was like the pizza set on the floor for a day All toppings were Shriveled up and crispy And Pizza doughThin and was Rubbery Couldn't believe the waitress served us A pizza that Obviously Look Old in Burnt tasted like socks I think we got served Someone's Leftovers She offered to have the kitchen make another one After we complained But we declined As we worried about reordering food Only went there cuz the parking lot was empty I wonder why Will not be returning because I value my money And did not enjoy eating a $20Dollar slab Of Reheated shoeleather Big disappointment haven't been to Pizza HutIn 10 years

So last Thursday we ordered a meat lovers pizza. It had pepperoni and a few pieces of sausage. Did not realize pizza hut cut out the rest of the meat choices on this pizza. But the real kicker. You would think we ordered a take n bake pizza. It was mostly raw and we had to finish cooking it. Never again will we waste our money on pizza from this Pizza Hut. Just about anything else would be better. I would prefer to give ZERO STARS!

Recently remodeled fresh newer look is awesome. Food is always great and service is always exceptional!

I picked it up just as it was coming out. 2 pizza one was a supreme. Not enough cheese, crust was ok but the pizza toppings on the supreme, or I should lack of items was disappointing

Our waitress was super helpful and when our family member got something with Italian, it was creamy. She even checked the ingredients to show us it was dairy free! Sandwiches were yummy!

The server was super nice. The buffet is only salad. The pizza was good. I remember it being better as a kid. But I may be too used to little Caesars and Hungry Howie's.

I love pizza hut. We stopped in for lunch. Got us a large pizza, a large bread sticks and a cookie. Asked the waitress to have the cookie to go and she did. I asked for a Togo drink and she brought me a large. A Large! Thank you!!!!

First time in the Alpena Pizza Hut. Loved it! Celebrated my son's birthday. Food was great and very filling. Our table had 3 personal pizzas (3 toppings) and a trip to the salad bar. Also had 2 melts (meat lovers and ckn bacon ranch with thin crusts) and came w/fries. Each of our item was $7.49. Fantastic prices! Also had a 8x8" warm brownie for dessert. Yummy! Our server, Jackie, was so sweet and very efficient and friendly. We are definitely going back!!

I don't eat gluten much anymore. But when I do, this was the place to eat it. They were as good as I remember and I was not disappointed.

We had to order pizzas to feed a team of football players. The food was great and they delivered everything to the football stadium for us! Absolutely great service and our team very much appreciated the pizza and bread sticks!

Your prices are too high for the portion sizes compared to other area restaurants. I can get 10 chicken wings for $10 but yours are over $10 for just six. The same with the salads. Other local restaurants have a similar zesty Italian salad for about the same price but over twice the size of yours.

Pizza was good as you would expect from the Hut. Got BBQ and Buffalo wings and they were ok. Update: pizza is still good and reasonably priced. Salad bar was a bit on the low side of ok today.

Alpena Pizza Hut, was delish .. Pan Pizza are always so tasty! Friendly staff, fast service!
