    Bring your own sour cream. They’ve been out for months! I had to bring my own sour cream because they’re always so cheap here.

    They messed up my order 2 months ago, 2/3 items wrong (REALLY??????). Called in and Stacy (guessing the manager at the time) told me I could come back ANY TIME and get the replacement items because I couldn't come back right then and there as I was back at work. Fast forward to today, went there and asked for my replacement food only to be told I had 30 days to pick this up so they couldn't honor that. I said, I wasn't informed I only had 30 days to pick this food up. I was never told this. To which the worker rudely stated, "Yeah, she probably didn't know that either." HUH?????? So I wasn't aware I had a 30-day window and she didn't know and didn't tell me so I'm denied my items I rightfully paid for?? Bad service. Bad management. Will not be back. I will be escalating this higher, best believe.

    It was horrible once again. They forgot items from my order so I had to sit thru the drive thru line again. Then I get home toppings that are suppose to be on the nacho's I ordered are missing. I use to love this place but it's gotten very bad the last few months.

    I go here quite often and it's always good. Workers are nice (sometimes a little curt) and they do their job well. Any bad reviews on this tacobell are simply people who still think that the customer is always right. I know exactly what i want. I order it the way I want it. I'm decently kind to the workers. I always receive orders that are correct and hot. Remember to be kind and to do your part to insure you get the right thing and order correctly the first time, double check, and always be kind to insure that you get treated the way you deserve to be treated. Good job alpena tacobell!

    Sadly, staff seems to have lost a great deal of care for service and food quality here. My order was wrong twice, at lunchtime, so I lost a great deal of time and staff was rude about it, didn't apologize and acted annoyed that i wanted my correct order-- we are paying, and deserve what we order! Drive-through staff was unkempt and scrubby. When in food service, it's important to be clean. Person handling drive-through had long fingernails that were visibly dirty, dirt pushed underneath, no gloves, and handed me my drink by placing hand on top around rim. I wanted to barf! Personal hygiene is crucial!

    Place is good drive thru is trash. They don’t mess up your food but lately it takes about 15-30 minutes to get through the line. Love the food though just wish I could get it quicker.

    Taco bell of Alpena Michigan is awesome. When we got there the line was super long, but they were able to get everyone through so fast and accurately. They're super fast at their job and very friendly.

    Food was great but the young lady who worked the drive through window on 7-6-23 at 4:30 was awful and obviously didn't like her job. Never had a smile, never said anything with a nasty grumpy additude. Tried to ask for mild sauce and she ignored me and shut the drive thru window. Was not busy and she was down right nasty and should not be working with public.

    Worst Customer service!! I was offered literally no help when the Taco Bell App sent my order to the wrong location. TERRILL the general manager was extremely disrespectful to me and completely unhelpful. He accused me of yelling at him because I continued to speak after he continously attempted to interupt me while I tried to explain my issue. He blamed coperate Taco Bell, their app, and his 18 year old employee for my issue but never once apologized or offered to help. In fact, he took no responsibility what so ever, only stating that his store is privatly owned so they have nothing to do with the app. He refused to give me his name when I requested it more than once (but its a small town). Clearly as retaliation, my order was not correct and missing ingredients. I am so disappointed that not only have I been treated so poorly but more so that there is nothing Taco Bell can do to remedy this situation according to this GM.

    Rude cashier.. cold food, missing food,.. took 20. Not busy inside.. worst experience here so far🤦 no worries we'll go home and microwave it so at least it's warm🤦

    It's a fast food taco place that is pretty popular. The staff seems to try hard to get your food to you ASAP. I used to get a beef burrito supreme but now I'm hooked on a hard taco and a soft shell taco. Awesome!

    When I order food from Doordash at tacobell I'm usually missing a lot of items. A 12 pack of those Cinnabon Delights a couple orders of those fries, and more. It's every time I order. I've posted on doordash but it's just easier to go in yourself so you can make sure you get your full order. Taco bell does not care about your doordash order.

    Ordered $60 in food for family of 6. Specifically asked for no lettuce on everything. Got 2 bean burritos, 2 -12 packs, a steak quesadilla, a chicken burrito supreme and a beefy 5 layer which were all fresh and delicious. Also ordered 2 chipotle ranch chicken wraps but got a bunch of burrito supremes add chicken. Which also were fresh ingredients, but in my opinion terrible (kids liked them) lol I did not complain to the manager as what I received was worth more than what I ordered and dont want the workers getting in trouble, but I really just wanted my chipotle chicken roll ups.... Cost y'all a star 😔

    For as much time that was spent gossiping in the back last night, I'd expect the tables and lobby to be a bit more clean. I'm not the only one who noticed either. Gentleman said it out loud by the front counter when I walked in. No one cared. If only cleanliness was as important as the pettiness.

    Extremely nice staff and always smiling even though they are so Short handed they try their best.. it's hard to deal with the public who think they could do better.... They just think it's a box with a window and food handed out magically.. NOPE ACTUAL HUMANS ARE IN THAT BOX WORKING WITH WHAT THEY HAVE ... without them NO MORE TACOS... SAY THANK YOU...

    I wish that I didn't try the Mexican pizza 🍕 it tasted like cardboard. The rest of the food is fine. But, that Mex pizza tasted like cardboard. And I will eat most anything but that.

    They have no clue how their own system operates. Waited 14 minutes for my food, which was sitting on the counter the whole time, because they didn’t know how mobile orders work. They then walked away when I said I didn’t want the order because it was cold. Sad

    Came here after work, only to find out that they were out of chicken and lettuce. The lady charged me extra for a steak quesadia and gave me a hard shell taco when I specifically asked for soft shell. I questioned her why I was paying extra for the steak when they're out of chicken (which is what I originally ordered). She took a 15-20 second pause, then came back on over the speaker saying "that's just how it is". It's a little ridiculous that I have to pay extra for a quesadia that didn't come with my meat preference and give me (the wrong) taco with very little beef and cheese, no lettuce. Why would I pay extra when I'm being jipped? No chicken or lettuce. At least make it somewhat like a taco and put a little extra cheese or beef in it. What really got me, was after I questioned her why I was being charged extra for something I didn't want, she asked me if I wanted to round up. I understand that asking to round up is part of her job, but WOW, after I make it obvious that I'm upset about paying extra for their lack of supplies and ingredients, I would think that it would be obvious what my answer would be. Ya'll dropped the ball.

    This morning I stopped in through the drive-thru to get a coffee. I asked to have cinnamon and sugar added, and at first, I was told no (which was fine; I understand they’re not Biggby Coffee.) However, when I pulled up to the window, the cashier said with excitement, “I went ahead and added it!” It just made my morning a favor someone didn’t have to do but went out of their way to do it anyways. Morning made! Thank you, Tacobell morning staff!

    Ordered in the app so I could skip the line and have fresh food. Set it to be picked up in store. It was 8pm and the lobby doesn't close until 9pm, but when I went to open the door it was locked. No sign that they had closed early and no mention on the app. I had to sit in the drive through for 15 minutes while my food got cold because they had closed the lobby early. Couldn't get my money back and nasty cold food. This place is absolutely ridiculous. I mean they at the very least could have posted a sign.

    Alpena Taco bell is pretty decent. Other than the usual small mess up on the order they have really got there crew together. Service used to be super slow. But definitely getting better!

    They were fast and friendly. I did not like how our burritos were stuck like glue to the wrappers tho! Makes me feel like they were sitting a while under a heat lamp or something. Yuck

    The inside of this tacobell is very modern looking, I like it a lot, and the lobby was very clean. The food was all fresh, and hot. Staff members we all very friendly, and seemed to care about my business. My two year old daughter and I dined in, they have lots of options for her to enjoy and they are all inexpensive. Also have milk as a replacement for pop or other sugar drinks for her. The twist are her favorite! Over all excellent experiences here at this tacobell.

    I'm getting real tired of the lobby being closed almost every day when there's two people standing at the window doing nothing. There's no reason to have two people standing at the window.

    Got there before 7pm in the line in the drive thru wanting for the ahead to order as they are ordering the menu got turn off. When pull up to order she said the where closed the radio just turn 7pm in my car. I had to get out my car to tell car behind me that you closed to be able to backup out of the drive thru. Because you are to lazy to go and post your hour on your sign . So people know your hours.

    If you want one of the best tacos in town then pull in. They have the rare Nacho fries always hot and ready to go happy hour is a delight
