The place is dirty. When I placed my order I was the only one there besides one family in the dining room. A minute later another gentleman, and 2 women ordered all separate of course. All 3 of them got their food before I did. I approached the counter and there laid my burger and daughters chicken nuggets getting cold. The women realized she forgot me. Once I opened my whopper it was in pieces, cheese wasn't melted. It was a disaster. In the meantime a guy complained his order was wrong and 2 cars left the drive thru which I only know because I heard the employees talking. I wouldn't be surprised if they shut down soon. Bad business

The kitchen, front counter, and dinning room areas were VERY dirty! Our cashier seemed very new and not trained well or properly. There were not many customers in the drive through or dinning area there was no reason for the service to be so slow or for the restaurant to be as disgustingly dirty as it was. Also this site states that the drive through is open until midnight on Fridays but signs on door say 11:00pm.

Nuggets were overcooked, pulled around to ask for fresh nuggets. They gave me equally charred and terrible nuggets. I don't know if their chef is cooking them too long or if it's some problem with the oil, but if that were the case why would the fries be fine? The nuggets have been consistently bad like this over the past few months.

Needs updating bad. Food burgers,chicken are warmed back up in a microwave. Employee do not look clean. Floor is swept but looks greasy,mostly behind the counter. I wonder how much stuff they have touched with those gloves they wear. Workers are very slow. No hurry. They have you pull up in the drive through even when there is no behind you to reset the clock on the orders. I always say no , I'm not pulling up. Just hurry up.

The drive thru girl was friendly but when I asked for a cup of water her a hole manager who was standing behind her, scuffed and showed a TERRIBLE attitude. The manager who had prepared our order left out one of the 10 piece chicken nuggets. After the previous display of contempt for customer service it wasn't worth going back to get it.

The food was horrible. Grease needed to be changed. Tenders and fries were brown but soggy. My dog wouldn't even eat them. This was the 3rd time I received food like this. That's why I haven't been back and no amount of coupons will bring me back

It was very busy but the service was good and fast. Not playing around instead of getting the customers orders out. I like to try different foods so I chose the Taco & a chocolate caramel iced coffee. VERY GOOD. Will go again, I liked the coffee.

Below average as far as comparing it to other Burgerking's. It's a fast-food restaurant so it's not like I have high expectations. I'd recommend somewhere else. I had to wait for my food because the chicken wasn't ready. Then the Whopper wasn't very good.

We had to wait for our nuggets, which is not a big deal, fresh food is always best and I do not mind waiting. But, when our food was brought out to us, only one 10 piece was hot and fresh, the other bag of nuggets was cold, so were the 3 burgers we ordered. Very disappointing, and this isn't the first instance at this location for us.
