What
a
great
place-
and
im
kind
of
picky,
a
little
but
if
a
food
snob.
Pleasantly
surprised!
The
staff
was
extremely
pleasant
(I
watched
them
interact
with
each
other,
not
just
customers)
and
had
precise,
spot
on
knowledge
of
the
menu.
I
believe
Rachael
was
my
server.
The
cocktail
was
delicious
(not
too
strong
but
not
watered
down)
and
the
cocktail
menu
innovative-
I
had
a
raspberry
lemon
Prosecco.
I
then
had
a
great
pasta
dish,
on
the
recommendation
of
my
server.
Chicken
was
cooked
to
perfection.
I
normally
steer
clear
of
ordering
chicken
in
a
restaurant
because
cooking
it
properly
challenged
a
lot
of
chefs.
The
sauce
on
my
pasta
was
a
light
but
deep/complex
balsamic,
mushroom
and
was
sparing
but
tasty,
not
overwhelming.
The
menu
is
diverse
-
I
usually
have
one
or
two
options
Iβd
like,
here
I
had
to
choose
from
4
and
now
I
have
to
come
back
to
try
the
others!
