Tammy was our server. She is the most amazing server I've ever had here. She was patient with my children ordering. She double check what they ordered with me. She answer my question about the menu and I appreciate it. Everything tasted amazing and I would differently come back. Keep Tammy She great!

I was extremely disappointed with my recent visit to this restaurant. Despite the empty setting, the state of the floor was appalling. Not only was it visibly dirty, but there was a concerning red substance near our table that the hostess seemingly ignored. The overall cleanliness suggested a lack of maintenance for weeks. As someone with serving experience, I expected better standards. The bathroom was also far from satisfactory. Regrettably, I won't be returning.

Got screamed at by a waitress while she was on break. She started acting phycotic and screaming at me. While a employee was outside as well. Threated to round up her workers to send them to my house! Wouldn't recommend! Just because you don't like me doesn't mean you act unprofessional in a work space!

Had the surf and terf buffet and wasn't impressed. The shrimp was super salty, there wasn't much options for sides as they were gone, it was refilled by the time we were leaving, but wasn't going back to get more as we were done and there's no doggy bags on to go's. The cod was okay but the breading was very hard, I'm assuming so it wouldnt get soggy. The server was very nice kept up on refills and apologized that everything was low when we didn't even say anything. She was on her A game wish I could remember her name. Every other time I've been there the food had been great and service too. Just disappointed with the buffet and for the price of it, 3 people no dessert it was $90.

The waitstaff was extremely knowledgeable with their menu items, courteous attitude and service with a sincere smile. I’ll definitely back when I come home from Florida. Special thanks to both employees Ashley and Kayla S.

Although I miss the north location, Big Boy on Ripley has always been a great restaurant. Food is good and service is excellent!

Food was good, I had chicken fried steak and my husband had shrimp. Restaurant was very clean, waitresses were very nice. We went back 2 days later for dessert and someone paid for our dessert!

One of the best Big Boys I have ever been to! They seemed kind of busy, but our food came quick. Food was made very well and with care. Friendly staff all over the restaurant. Floors where clean, once costumers left a table, a staff member was right on top of getting it cleaned before new costumers came in. Will definitely be returning to this restaurant.
