Went through the drive thru and first the order was not right when we got to the window, and then when we tried our food it was cold and very dry and seemed like it was old. The cheese was not even melted on the poorly thrown together baconator fries.

This was an awesome spot for exploring and hiking. Once you commit to the dirt road you are stuck until the first turn around. It gets better though so keep going.

Baked potato, old; garden salad a bit brown, No chocolate frosties available, machine broken... seems a bit dated restaurant. Yet the staff is friendly. Restroom urinal almost overflow, No towels in dispenser. I guess because it's a small town fast food place.... Oh well the people are nice....

Was there yesterday with the family while visiting the city. Was there with a preschooler and a kid and they were out of frosty. The lady at the register can see that the kids were upset she ended up giving us a discount because her computer was not working for the kids meal. Food was great at a good price and and the kids toys was not some cheap plastic stuff that we throwaway, it was a cool suncatcher craft that the kids did at home. Every one was friendly.

Decent food for fast food, unfortunately some of these younger kids need to learn a little manors themselves, it's only fast food, your not the guards for the president, all in all, out of any fast food restaurants, I would choose Wendy's over any

I'm a homebody, so I order the delivery through their website (delivered by DoorDash). My last 2-3 orders either had incorrect special requests, or missing items. The last 2 were missing 1 nugget from each biggie bag ordered. Thios time, I ordered extra nuggets and was still shorted a nugget. DINING IN they seem to have less issue.

Shout out to Erik who actually fulfills customer request with no attitude, i know it gets annoying but with food almost always being old and cold i like to make sure it's fresh. I will not name the worker who has made me feel ashamed and embarrassed before. Thank you for a good crew tonight

Food we ordered was all wrong. Took it back reordered. Was wrong the 2nd time. Food allergies so we couldn't just eat it. Never had a problem before at this place.

This is one of the worst Wendy's restaurants in Michigan. Poor service and horrible quality food. Too many times, they've given me cold burgers,cold fries, and hard buns. Save your money and buy a nasty gas station sandwich cause it'll be better than this Wendy's location's food

It blows me away how many times people do not read an order before they give it to me. Ask for a medium meal and they give me a small drink and a small fry and yet they have the nerve to increase the price of the meal and charge me for the media meal? 3 months in a row I've been having this problem with these people. I don't know if it's a laziness issue, a training issue, or drug-related, but it's starting to really irritate me. I would post pictures of my receipt and my meal to prove that they screwed up but they didn't even give me my receipt either. SMDH

My fiance and I tried them a few weeks back and it was pretty good. We went back last week and got iced coffees and they were TERRIBLE, not to mention they took an extra 5 minutes both times we ordered to get them out to us. They were hot, the flavor was terrible. We went back today and had in our mobile order the free Wendy's Wednesday 6 piece nugget, did not receive it, we again tried the iced coffee to see if it was a fluke, still just as bad as the first time. Fries came out cold, chicken sandwiches were luke warm and not great. We will not be returning.

Good food but slow service. Usually friendly service and clean atmosphere. On my last visit, my nuggets were all over the counter and they still served them to me.

Worker was incompetent and charged for an extra drink that wasn’t asked for. When my s/o went through the same worker was too busy flirting to get his job done correctly. Big mistake hiring him.

I have been here roughly 3 times I think. Each time is a disappointment. Today I thought I would give them a try again. Disappointment. Fries were barely warm, had to ask at the window for the items I requested in the drive-through. Then the lady acted upset that she had to get me the mayo and ketchup that I requested in the first place. Definitely a thumbs down experience.

Honestly the young man who took our order was the best at customer service. We came in to eat initially the lobby wasn't open but we saw the guy in the lot and he told us to come back. I'm glad we did. He was great at his job and super helpful and made the experience personable. Wendy's should give him a raise for sure because he was awesome. Will definitely come back!!!!

Came here for a bite to eat while traveling from Minnesota! Food was hot!! The cheese sauce was very watery for the baconator fries!!

Food was great and the staff were very nice. But the drive through system needs to be updated.

Never had a bad experience from this Wendy's. Simply put they've never messed an order up or have gotten terrible food. Great reasonably priced place to eat.

Had the rudest girl at the window ever!! They had messed up my previous order so when I called to talk to someone, the manager was kind . I completely understand things happen and people are running short handed so I was very understanding about the situation. And thankful that manger had told me to just come back through and reorder. So I did. I went back through the drive thru and ordered. When I pulled up to the window I told the girl that I had just talked to a manger and explained the situation She gave me the nastiest look shut the window. When she came back she rudely handed me the bag and before I could say anything she was ignorant and said “next time you order a reorder you need to tell us while your ordering “ and then slammed the window in my face! Never have I ever had someone be so ignorant for no reason at a restaurant drive thru!! I get that jobs aren’t easy but nobody was being rude to you so please don’t take it out on your customers that are trying to be considerate and understanding

Specifically ask for fresh fries. If I wanted cold fries I just would have said I wanted fries.

Had 2 NEW STRAWBERRY CHICKEN SALADS.. BERRIES WERE ROTTEN.. DISAPPOINTED.

I like stopping here. The food was good. But there was something wrong with the pop machine and it did not taste right and hope it will be better next time.

The croissant sandwich was good and had no cheese like I asked for my dairy allergy. The potatoes were good too. My black coffee however wasn't black. Haven't tried their breakfast before. My The coffee smelled good but I couldn't drink it. 😔
