I wish all Zaxby's could be like this one! But they all don't have a "Connie"! The interior is slightly different and feels a little larger than most. But it also feels a little more updated and very well maintained. Then it hit me! There is an associate by the name of Connie Smiley who greets people during the lunch rush and helps them to their table. She gets anything they need even if it's a small chat with a smile. After the rush, I'm now observing her meticulously cleaning everything from top to bottom! She's deep under a table doing doing right now for the past couple of minutes. Connie, I can tell you are an excellent resource at Zaxby's and they should be very pleased to have you.

When ordering thru the app you can't order the same as if in store. I called to address the issues. Thank you Zach for taking my call and making things right.

I should not have to ask the cashier to wash her hands between taking out the trash and coming back to take my order. She seriously just tried to reach for my cookies without washing her hands!! I most definitely will not be back to this location.

Well I had ordered three meals with beverages and I asked for 2 sauces per meal and the staff was very stingy with the condiments, I had to ask at less three times , then I pulled up and went inside and asked for 3 sauces and 3 ketchup and 3 mayonnaise packs, OMG WOW It was like giving one of you legs in oder to receive some condiments. This was a very crazy situation, I just spent nearly $30. For the 3 combo meals.

Could not get employees attention, was not spoken to at all for over 5 mins even though there was no line and then was treated like my presence was an annoyance.

I didn't eat here, but my girlfriend use to eat at the one in Alabama growing up, quite a bit. So we made a special trip to hit one in our travels. She was somewhat disappointed by the amount of breading on the food made it difficult to actually taste the chicken. She says she doesn't remember that much breading, so Chic-fil-A,is still her preference.

Zaxby's, literally has the best fast food. Hot, fresh plus they even smile . Which who seriously sees that anymore. Definitely check them out

The drive thru was busy but moved quickly. I like the chicken wings and my mom likes the fingers.

This is my favorite Zaxby’s in the area. Safe location. Great small-town feel and welcoming atmosphere. Good teen hangout spot. Drive-thru service is always quick and easy, and the food is prepared accurately just about every single time. Friendly service. Lots of promotions, including receipt survey codes for BOGO offers.

The portion size is much smaller than in the past. The chicken strips appeared to be cooked in old oil. I change my rating from a two star to a four star due to the follow up from a Zaxby's representative.

Go to place for the fried chicken salads. Always a good meal. Drive-thru always fast.

Came in today to do it interview and now I'm doing another interview for one closer to where I'm at I ate the food free that they have going on normalcy very good a good meal for free food it's amazing chicken nice juicy the fries season well and the toast that give you is very nice and light crunchy overall perfect I'm from Detroit I think everybody should come here and check you guys out

Got some dinner at these Zaxby's, haven't been to this particular one before. I will say the layout of this Zaxby's is a little weird with where everything is, it's alright though. It wasn't too busy at all when I went at around 5pm. Though overall the food was good, not steaming hot but not bad. You get what you would usually expect from a Zaxby's I think. So not too bad.

They were short handed, but when we finally got our food, it was good. The employees were trying their best.

This is what I recieved after waiting over 15 minutes and paying almost $15. I wouldn't recommend anyone coming here if you are looking for something appealing to the eye.

This is by far my favorite Zaxby's. They are fast, friendly and consistent. I'm blown away at how they perform during a lunch rush. You will see a line then all of a sudden the line is GONE!

After placing my order, I got my food before I even filled up my drink. Chicken and fries were hot, crispy, and well-seasoned. Also love how they have coke freestyle machines.

This is easily the best Zaxby's around. The order is always correct, the food is always hot and fresh, the fries are actually crispy, and the service is great. Zaxby's suffers from a lack of consistency across restaurants but this one is the standard that demonstrates what Zaxby's should be.

Service was fast and food was fresh. However, decided to try the fried pickles and was so disappointed! I wish I would've taken a pic of them before I took them all the way back after getting back to work from lunch break! I knew the container was too light when I pick them up! I paid $5 and it was only enough for a toddler! Yes, I drove 10 min back to the restaurant to get my $5 back and to tell them personally how ridiculous and stingy they were. Mgr said they're portion-sized already....that still don't make it right! I already looked up several recipes to make my own! Geeshhhh!

Best Zaxby’s I’ve been to! The line for the drive thru was wrapped around the building and the parking lot was pretty full but they kept everything moving at a great pace. Went inside to order and did not have to wait long. Everyone seemed to work together really well. Everyone was very friendly and helpful even during this busy lunch hour. Food was fresh and I could definitely give this place 10 stars !!

The service was good. The pricing for just a sandwich was bit much. But it was tasteful. The staff was good humored.

I ordered 2 Different Cobb Salad both were correct when I received them & very good.

It was a little slow, but the food was hot and their fries were crisp and fresh.

Bad service and even worse food! Spent 20 min in drive thru and when we got home to eat, the food was cold. Fries were atleast 2 hours old and was not worth the $20+ we had to spend. Will not return to this location again...

Best service of all Zaxby's in this area. Kind people, very giving to the community. Also great Zaxby's food. Clean restaurant.

The service was great I will go back but a couple of they drinks was out but they was so nice to fix it from the back and plus it was clean
