    I love this place! The trainers are amazing and truly want to help everyone achieve their goals. The workouts are challenging and a quick 30 minutes, which makes it extremely convenient for a busy schedule like mine. The gym is very clean and overall this is a 5 star workout! Highly recommend!

    Absolutely love how effective and efficient their workouts are! The program changes daily, and there is always a trainer available. I look forward to the variety and the challenge, and I leave knowing that I am truly 30 minutes stronger. I would recommend this workout for all types of athletes: beginners and experts, all shapes, sizes, and ages.

    I LOVE this place. I believe it is the perfect workout. My schedule is very hectic between work and being a mom/chauffeur. I realized I couldn't make an excuse not to find 30 minutes a day for my health and well being. I'm so happy I made the decision to try it and join. You come whenever you find time, so you don't have to worry about class schedules, you go on your schedule. You get a great workout for whatever level you are at. Unlike other gyms, I like that you have a trainer with you and you are held accountable. I need that push. The trainers are AWESOME, especially the owner Keegan. She is so sweet, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I highly recommend. You get a free workout, so why not try it, you won't be disappointed.

    This has become my favorite workout! The trainers are so helpful and welcoming. The workouts are always changing so you’ll always feel challenged. The gym is always kept clean and nice. Definitely recommend!

    Trainers are great, and you can start whenever you want! And each day's workout is completely different. They work with you if you have issues with doing an exercise and give you alternative exercises. All the trainers really care about your well-being and want you to enjoy yourself but work hard too. Love this place!

    I love the fact I can show up whenever it is convenient for me and I don't have to worry about a set class time. That works with my crazy schedule! It feels good to have a different workout every time I go, but to always be challenged. The trainers are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. I have had a recent injury and the trainers are happy to show me modifications so that I am still getting my heart rate up into the ideal range. After each visit, I feel stronger and accomplished. I am so thankful to have found 9 Round and look forward to a stronger, fitter version of myself!

    I like the flexible work out times, and the trainers are really nice! I burn about 300 calories in about 30 min, and kickboxing is a fun way to do it. This is the most consistent I have been with working out. Since the workouts are shorter, I don’t get burned out, and I have more energy to come to the gym. Plus the registration costs are way cheaper than OTF. Definitely come in and try it at least once!

    If you are looking for a place that can motivate you and help you reach your fitness goals this is it! K-Smack is an amazing trainer and person. She is inspirational and really wants to see her members achieve their fitness goals. Not to mention you get in and out in 30 minutes with a total body workout! I highly recommend!!!

    9 round is an amazing 30 minute workout for your entire body! The trainers are all friendly and motivating. The workout changes from day to day and I love that there are no class times. I like that there is no judgement and only help. It’s very flexible for busy schedules and you get an intense workout in 30 minutes. Love everything about it!

    Love working out at 9 round. I’ve been searching forever for a quick and effective workout and this is it. In only 30 minutes, I can burn 500+ calories easily. Every day, the workout sequence changes which keep it interesting. The trainers are amazing. They’re motivating and supportive to help their clients reach their fitness goals. I’ve been at 9 round since January and my body has completely changed. I’m down about 12 pounds but the fat and muscle have switched positions. Which is what I was shooting for. Try it out for a few days and you’ll be hooked.

    I just wanted to share how much I love the new commitment I’ve made to 9Round Fitness in Milton. If you’re looking into joining a gym but haven’t decided because you live a fast-pace life like me, I would really recommend trying 9Round! Their work-outs are set up to last 30 minutes (and you’re pretty much being trained by a trainer). So you’re in, you’re burning over 400 calories while having fun, and you’re out! Not to mention how great the staff is! Stop in for a free class and see for yourself. You won’t regret it. :)
