Staff excellent! Awesome and fun experience. Completed two( the first Special Ops with 14 seconds to spare and the second Prison Break with 3 minutes and 17 seconds to spare. Thank for a fun day!

The Escape Game is one of our favorite escape room companies. We have now played 5 of their rooms and this one did not disappoint us. We played the Special Ops: Mysterious Market room and escaped with 1:40 remaining. Everything from the intro video to the elaborate set design was done perfectly. My favorite part was how much technology was involved in the room. Our game master (who’s name I don’t remember) was super nice and made the experience 1,000x better. If you are at this location I would also recommend the Playground room. We will definitely be back to try the Prison Break and Heist rooms.

What a blast. We had so much fun with the very first room that we decided to do another one back-to-back. So professionally done and challenging. The staff is great. Highly recommended. We were lucky in that the three of us had both rooms to ourselves. We went first thing in the morning on a Sunday.

Probably one of the most amazing experiences I've had. Went here for my friend's birthday and did "The Heist". It's a very immersive experience and a lot of fun figuring things out. You can leave at any time so it's not nerve-racking at all and the game masters and staff are super great. The nice front desk girl even found a t-shirt that fit me. Love this place and hopefully will be returning some day soon.

My family and I had such a great time. We participated in the playground alongside another family. They say 6/10 difficulty level for the playground, but it’s more so like a 8 or 9. We finished right at the buzzer lol. They have plenty of computers along the wall for an easy check in process. If you and your party arrive early and on time, if availability permits they’ll allow you to start you session a bit early. This worked out for us since we were looking to beat the Braves incoming traffic. We plan on going again!

*UPDATE* Customer service is exceptional! Took care of my concerns and are working on improving the physical experience since I left the review! Will go up to 5 stars whenever we revisit, I'm sure. 8/10 difficulty is easy enough for two people to finish with plenty of time, if it weren't for the fact their audio is so bad you can't hear the instructions. Some buttons/levers were not working properly, and there were leftover marks from previous users. At 18 minutes left, we couldn't hear the last set of instructions, so we wandered around til we had to ask for help to just know where to go. We finished with 3 mins on the clock, disappointing. The staff was great, borderline too nice, not in a bad way. It's not their fault their owners don't keep their equipment in good shape. Will not return to this location unless they completely remodel it.

The Escape Game chain has always been one of our favorite venues. We had done all the rooms at this location in 2019 and I was happy to find out they had opened a new room, The Depths in 2021. Though the rooms are smallish (8 people would make for a cramped crowd), it was a lot of fun with excellent tech that worked flawlessly. In addition our Game Guide Caleb was excellent. The story was good and the puzzles fit into the story perfectly. It was a fun and exciting time and the skills sets needed were balanced nicely between my daughter and me. This was Room 139 for us.

Special Ops: Market is one of the most elaborate and well done escape rooms we’ve done! The setting of the room was immaculate and it was achievable but not too easy at the same time. Zary was a great game host and helped us escape without spoon feeding us hints. The 20% off deal for future rooms is also fantastic

Great production value on Depths. We had a great time. I’ve done plenty of escape rooms and most of the puzzles were a great level for beginners. There were just a few that required “escape room” logic, but you get unlimited hints so I would still recommend for beginners.

Had a wonderful experience with The Depths (I’m sorry I don’t remember the name of the person with the cool escape room shirt with the goat in it? But she was helpful!) and Special Ops (Claire helped us out on this second one and was great!)! Both were very fun and well done rooms, the props and decor were fun! Thanks!

Super immersive, well themed, and worth the price! This is an excellent spot for an escape room. I love that you can book a private room without having to pay more as well. You get as many clues as you need and it’s definitely a lot of fun!

We escaped from Prison Break with 9 mins and 42 seconds to spare, it was my first escape room. We absolutely loved it. Jason (our game guide) was truly awesome!!!! 🙌

So much fun!!! Kids loved it (especially the slide!)!! We did too! The puzzles weren’t too hard but they were challenging. We did use 3 clues. Would highly recommend.

Great team experience. My son and I were paired with strangers and we all managed to collaborate, problem solve and escape. It was such a positive experience we jumped into a second, harder room and received a 40% discount. The staff was extraordinarily helpful and friendly throughout the three hours we spent at the facility. Highly recommended. We completed the special ops and prison break rooms.

Booked The Escape Game Atlanta for an employee team event. Booking was very easy and the group booking coordinator responded quickly to changes. We lost some attendees due to travel and flight delays and they were very accommodating in helping to rearrange our attendees into the rooms we booked. The facility was clean and the games were challenging and fun with many twists and turns and excellent guide to help with hints to help us solve the room and beat the clock. Location is very convenient in The Battery with many places to grab dinner and drinks after. A great night of team building fun!

I had such a great time here for my friends birthday. I can't wait to come back and try some of the other rooms. It was alot more complicated than I thought it would be and that made it even more fun. They have a cute gift shop that isn't super expensive so that was nice. The staff was super friendly and understanding about us being a bit late due to the fabulous Atl traffic. I'll definitely be coming back.

Had a wonderful time here! Gold rush was awesome for 3 but would've been helpful to have a few more people. I felt like a kid all over again! Finding clues and using reasoning to get to the next level. The staff was amazing and the atmosphere was clean and exciting. We will be back!

Jason was a perfect game master! He was very attentive and helpful through the whole room, The games were large, intricate and downright fun! Highly reccomend!

The Escape Game made my daughter’s birthday with her friends extra special! They included of few of her favorite things in the experience. Geo was an excellent game guide and the front receptionist was key in making surprises happen! They were so accommodating to our group! We had a blast!!!

It was super fun and it wasn’t to easy or hard to get through the room. 10/10 will definitely come again. And our challenge guide Jenny was amazing!

Brought my parents & uncle to their first escape room experience together. We chose the Playground because it had the easiest rating. This room had TONS of fun puzzles for everyone to do!! The room is creative, super-detailed, & overall difficulty was fair. Slater was our room master and provided great clues, quick responses, & really friendly!! Looking for a great family room? Pick the Playground and great ready to use your brains together!

Micah was a great host and the escape room is easily the best I’ve ever done. I was impressed with the hints being on point (timely and just helpful enough to never be a dead giveaway) and the props and the videos used were all fantastic. Definitely coming here again!

Had a great time doing the Prison Break room with Jason! He made sure not to give us too hints and let us enjoy the challenge. He also came in CLUTCH at the end for us! All around fun experience with a fun guide. Thank you!

Our group did the 8/10 leveled room called “The Depths.” It was a great ride (pun intended)!! I’ve done about 5 or 6 rooms to this point, as I️ am no expert, but this one stands out. Definitely recommend for all parties. We finished with 3 and half minutes to spare… and we had 9 people (3 kids)! I️ do believe 3-4 capable adults with a little bit of experience could make it out alive in this particular room, though. Go check it out! Thanks Yvonne for the help!

Our first time playing and we ESCAPED the second hardest room in this location. It was SO much fun and actually very very challenging. Thank you, Asheton, Jenny, and the entire team for making this experience so enjoyable! We highly recommend the game!

It's pricey, but very worth it. We had a party of 4 and opted to go with the private experience. We can't imagine doing this with 4 other people (strangers) since this was such a huge opportunity to work together as a family and let each of us try our hand at something we're good at. It can be fun with 8 people but keep in mind the rooms are pretty tight in some areas. We're definitely gonna come back and try another one.

A group of us came here and did the Playground Escape Room for my daughter's birthday. It was by far the best Escape Game I have played. The staff was amazing and the game was fun and creative. We will definitely be back to play the others!

A very fun, challenging, and detailed room at The Escape Game Atlanta. We took a group of girls for a birthday party. We escaped from The Depths with 50 seconds of air remaining. I would highly recommend.

My group had so much fun here. We've done every escape room that the Escape game has to offer. Our guide was nice, the ladies up front were helpful when we wanted to buy shirts and pins. We came in from out of state and the free parking in the parking garage attached to this location made things easy. We recently did the Depths that's exclusive to this location and had an absolute blast. We escaped with only 5 minutes to spare, and used 2 out of 3 clues. Recommend doing this with friends and family, but try not to fight under pressure lol. It's so tempting to do another escape room right after because you enjoyed it so much, good thing they give you a discount for another same day booking.

My family and I went at the spur of the moment and had a blast. This was most of my groups first time doing an escape room and we all had a great time. The room was just the right amount of challenging. Demi was a great help the entire time and she was super sweet. Definitely would recommend.

We had such fun at this place we went twice this past weekend. The staff are friendly and welcoming and put you at ease for what you are about to experience. Their clues were helpful when needed and they came at the right times. The games are pretty high tech as far as other escape rooms I have tried in the past, like door and things open on their own which was pretty cool. Also the intro videos when you start make the experience that much more fun! We aren't from Atlanta but found another franchise of this company where we live and we will be visiting until we do them all!

Hands down the best escape room in the southeast! We’ve done quite a few of these all over as a family, with 3 kid ages 7-18, and this is the best one. The staff is absolutely amazing, they take into consideration what you’re there for, and for us it was a good time, so they provided plenty of hints and chimed in if we are struggling. but they help as little or as much as you want. Staff makes sure you have a good time. Great for families with young kids. We will always do this escape room when in town visiting. Rooms are very well designed and are fun. We did “the depth” which was more challenging than the “playground” but really fun all the way to then end. We also got lucky that we had the room to ourselves, you have to buy out the remaining spaces for half price to make it private. but we’ve been here twice and both times got the room to ourselves without having too.

Had so much fun today in Gold Rush! Puzzles were creative, interactive, and original! Loved the surprises we found, and appreciated the interactions from staff as well—taking the time to talk to us before and after the game!

My partner and I did the jail escape room and it had so many twists turns, secret rooms, and was just so much fun. Very well thought out and so much fun. Our game master was incredibly helpful and the ladies at the front desk were also so kind. Our whole experience from booking to the experience, was perfect. We'll definitely be coming back to try out different rooms.

Went with a friend for her birthday. I've been to another before, and enjoyed it. We did the spec ops\market theme. The puzzles were challenging but relevant. We had a pretty decent group that ended up joining us but it was a great experience. We finished at the literal last :01 or so second. We were told it's the closest of any group but yet still passed. Would definitely want to go to another one of their rooms in the future. Staff was friendly, rooms clean, and an overall awesome experience.

A super fun escape room complex with lots of fun options! We went there with our cousins and their family, in total there were 11 people. We did the Playground Escape Room, and as I did for the last time I reviewed an Escape Game, I will not spoil it for you. In total, there were 6 different escapes at this location, one of which was The Heist, which was the one I wrote about in my last review. The staff were really nice and answered all of our questions, there was a nicely furnished waiting area, and some pretty neat keyboards too (just felt like mentioning that). Overall, a good place to go for a fun time.

Went for a 13 yo birthday party and the girls had a blast! Some even said they want to have their next party there! Our game host Robert was so fun and made the experience a GREAT one for us all! Highly recommend.

Me and some coworkers had an absolutely amazing time. I have played upwards of about 20 different types of Escape Rooms around the country. The Escape Game does it right. We experienced the Gold Rush room as it was the first one designed by the company (I think). Extremely clever puzzles, multiple surprises, and no penalties for hints. Very little took you out of the game. Many of the puzzles also required multiple people to communicate and solve parts which a lot of Escape Rooms do not achieve. I can't wait to get into another location soon! On another note, we were a group of three with a room to ourselves and we were able to escape with about 13 minutes left. Difficulty of the room was listed as 7/10. So take what you will from that. Prices seem a little high but make sense for the area.

The special ops room was the best escape room I have ever done. I liked the flow of the escape room, and I thought the puzzles were very enjoyable. The props were cool, and they definitely put a lot of time and effort into the software and tech used in the room. Staff was also super friendly, would highly recommend.

We did The Heist and it was great. It was definitely difficult but we were put together with another group so the 8 of us managed to escape. I’d say it was quite crowded for 8 people though but our game master gave us a few helpful hints and the puzzles were very creative, so overall it was a pleasant experience.

First time and I had a blast!!! 5 of us in total and the couple had done a few escape rooms so that was a plus for us!! It was so much fun cannot wait to do it again! We had an amazing time here! We did two escape rooms and the staff was super friendly!!!! Ashley was amazing at booking us and telling us about each room and what would be best for just two people. Our first game master for Special Ops was Anya and she was super helpful and personable. Our second game masters were Kat and Robert and they both were super informative and friendly! We were celebrating and they made us feel right at home. Last but not least Kei checked us out, got us 20% off our next game, and I got a really cool T-shirt! I have been too a lot of escape rooms but the staff made it all worth my whole. Thank you again for making my graduation celebration the best 💜

We had a great time! The Heist was challenging and richly themed with so many puzzles, it engaged every person in our group, sometimes simultaneously in several directions. Sam was our enthusiastic host and guide! Thanks for the adventure!!

These games are great! I played in “the depths”, and had a blast! Great puzzles, cool design, and overall good storyline kept me invested the whole time. Also, huge shoutout to my room host, Kat. I had a great time because of their excellent clues, giving me the perfect nudge over the puzzles I struggled with. Would definitely recommend!
