Today.
10/27/2023.
We
had
a
grooming
appointment
established
a
week
before.
They
send
and
email
confirming
the
appointment,
two
days
later
they
send
call
asking
to
confirm
the
appointment
again,
wich
I
did.
And
yesterday
they
call
several
times
asking
to
reconfirm
the
appointment.
How
many
times
we
suppose
to
do
that.
We
had
our
appointment
at
8.30
today
and
I
got
there
10
minutes
late
the
door
was
closed,
and
wasn't
able
to
get
in,
finally
the
groomer
comes
out
and
tells
me
that
i
am
late.
In
a
bad
mood.
And
I
didn't
like
her
attitude
so
I
responded
that
if
she
didn't
wanted
to
do
it
just
to
said
it.
Wich
she
did
and
I
loose
it
I
called
for
the
manager
and
the
manager
trow
me
out
of
the
store.
.
Today
they
lost
a
customer
who
buys
for
tree
dogs,
two
cats
and
chickens,
we
olso
bring
them
to
the
bet
clinic.
To
bad
I
used
to
like
the
store
I
guess
we
are
going
to
petsmart
from
now
on.
