I visit anderlecht IKEA, my experience not ok not organize and restaurant not clean i prepare the other IKEA..

Too crowded, very messy - the product is not in the right place. Rather agressive staff - if you can find them. They're most of the times on private phone calls. The parking is a complete mess and rather dirty. At the selfscan area, although there's a 15 items limit, nobody respects it. The supervisors don't seem to care whatsoever. The available stock according to the app, doesn't corresponde to the stock in the store. At least this time I didn't go for nothing, I found what I needed. Unfortunately many times I didn't. Since I don't leave in Brussels, it's rather annoying. If you really must go to IKEA, then go to Zaventem, not Anderlecht - a completely different experience. But I am sure you can find better deals in other places. Personally I'm going to try to avoid IKEA as much as possible from now on.

Worst customer service ever. Requested a receipt and they gave me a paper that customs could not process. I tried getting support for information, and tellers kept deflecting responsibilities to one another. Its far and in a shady area. Go at your own risk.

Excellent show room. But staff are not informative and trained. Even they are not in a position to guide us as they also seems to be like general public not aware of product location. Proper training to staff will improve and help customers in locating the products faster.

Visited on Saturday lunch time as as expected it was VERY BUSY but manageable. The restaurant was super super busy but the place was clean and organised. You just need to pay attention when walking around as people can be a hit like headless chickens. They have a nice recycling station for you to bring all your stuff. See photos: Bulbs, old pots and pans, textiles, batteries and electronics! The toilets could do with some attention hence why not giving a 5th star.

More about the food service: Out of all Ikea stores, this one didn't accept my Sodexo! The drinks were too diluted with water that we couldn't even taste anything other than water!! For products: It was nothing different than other stores. All good!

Spacious store with lot of options for home furniture..Model setup of home furniture is awesome. There is ample parking space for customers. Also for customers they provide delivery of goods for fixed charges based on ur zone from ikea.

Dreamland for DIY kings and queens. Huge place to explore. You can find pieces from high to low prices. Lookout for discounted items maked in yellow which are very pocket friendly. Be ready for a good leg pain after the trip. But the food at the food court is definitely a big relief. Yummy food for cheap price.

IKEA is one of the best stores for households requirements, decoration, kitchen equipments and furniture and everything you need at a house. I appreciate the style of the store. Some stuffs are of a good quality but some of them not.

Great prices on real wood furniture, and live or artificial plants.

So I just received my order, my table top was massively broken in 2 places, I contacted the customer service but they didn't gave any attention to the issue. I'm never going to buy anything again from there!

Good show of furniture and accessories in nice settings, but very bad store lay out. I lost one hour getting out and had no time for restaurant. bad experience all together.

I had an issue with my order but they responded me in time and I felt really taking in charge. They replaced my article with home delivery and the offered me the wrong one. Very good costumer service and good prices. I highly recommend this store!

Great product and equally great buffet service

I recently visited IKEA Anderlecht and I must say, I was impressed with the variety of products and the overall shopping experience. The store is well-organized and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to find everything I was looking for and more, and I appreciated the stylish yet affordable furniture options. The only downside was that some of the products were out of stock, which was a bit frustrating. However, I would still highly recommend IKEA Anderlecht and would give it a solid 4 stars on Google Maps. If you're looking for affordable and stylish furniture, this is definitely the place to go.

IKEA Anderlecht Store is a nice place to get all your household items at a reasonable price. 👌 IKEA Restaurant is also having a great food menu 😋 . You can get lunch or snacks in €10 easily. Don't go on weekend if you want to avoid rush. Rest of the day you can easily visit , walk and spend a day well. Thanks IKEA 😊

IKEA is a great place for good quality furniture at reasonable prices. Delivery same day at 40€. We bought a bed which took two hours to assemble.

You can find everything things but the price little higher than local market

Do not buy beds at ikea! I bought a bed at ikea, and on arriving home and trying to set it up, realised that it did not come with bed slats, meaning I could not put my mattress on the bed. Worse yet, when i came back the next day they informed me that they were out of stock of bed slats and don't know when they will next be in stock. As a result I can not use the bed which I bought for the foreseeable future. As I had already set up the bed at home (as i wasn't aware that the bed slats weren't included) I cannot return it. If they had told me before buying the bed that I also needed slats to use it, or they had told me that the slats were out of stock before buying the bed I would understand, but this is frankly disgraceful. I expected more from Ikea

Ikea stays one of the rare chains where they value customers from the moment u walk in till after ur purchase. They still have a decent aftersales service and a "return of goods" service where u are not ignored. The employees in the store, on the phone, in the restaurant, at return of goods,..they are all very helpfull, so patient and polite.

A lot of variety to see and buy at very affordable price. DIY products very popular. But be prepared for a long walk. . . Food court is amazing

What can I say about IKEA that hasn't been told yet? In my mind the word amazing comes together with IKEA. Each time I take a whole day to walk through the labyrinth full of surprises and incredible ideas for decorating homes. Many times during my visits I think seriously about buying a new home and transform in a showroom of IKEA.

Good IKEA, clean and friendly. Minus 1 star for absence of electrical charge for cars. It's 2022 already, very strange they don't have any... Edit: added 1 star for chargers. But pity they are not visible on few ev chargers apps. So I was sure there are no. Next time will try to find.

VERY BIG !!! You can walk here for hours and hours, it's that big. If you need something for your house, you can find it here, no doubt. It was quite crowded but the check out was still pretty fast, almost no waiting time.

Needs are always satisfied with Ikea. Even if you don't find what you come for, u can find alternative solutions. But great articles requires great budget.

Try going to this place when sale is running like end of July or end of January. This can prove much beneficial. Rest everything so many version, varieties in household items you need complete day if you haven't decided earlier what you are going to purchase.

Wide variation of furniture and decorations and ofcourse the usually showroom that you get through before picking up the items you want. The have everything you need to furnish your home with. Friendly employees who will help you out with questions and show you the way to the exact furniture you want. I went to buy some pillow but left with more items like you usually do when you get attracked in their showroom but it was worth it since you can decorate the place you call home with the items you buy there. I'll certainly be back their when I need more furniture for my home.

Went for their fabrics (which you buy per meter, so you get to cut off exactly how much you need), they have some nice options and they're fairly cheap. Quality seems nice :)

It's a big IKEA with a good infrastructure, bit this one is usually very crowded where it's not fun anymore to walk around in it. Try to go in down-times.

Nice and neat showrooms. Great products overall. Avoid the restaurant though, food is edible but drinks taste like ***** and restaurant staff is unwelcoming

Parking is a breeze. Well organized. Great showrooms to give you idea on how to arrange your room. Staffs are very helpful.

Get ready to spend hours and walk kilometers to find out the product is not available only in the end. You pay for the delivery at your door, but for them to give a few more steps and put your furniture inside your house, you should pay almost the double. Hold your stuff, I lost my phone there and it was never found again.

Went there to furnish part of my apartment, good to see that now they have the cheap version of their furniture and a better version available. The staff I chatted with on site was extremely helpful to set everything up properly for delivery and date. Even with advice regarding how many parking spot to foresee with the commune. I heavily encourage you to go in the website, make a list of items on it then visit the shop to make adjustments. Once there go ask one of the guys to help you out. Lesser point is that the online website delivery doesn't have all the possible options available so you must go in store to solve the problem.

Lovely warehouse, easy and not expensive. You should try the Swedish meatballs in the restaurant.
