    Had several almost ideal experiences until I've started hitting some roadblocks. Realizing that the payment is based on minutes and not energy charged is BEYOND RIDICULOUS. Along with the finicky chargers which had me stuck at the location for an hour today just bc the connector wouldn't unplug?? Kind of a monopoly and stuck using this machine for the meantime while I get the L3 charger installed in my home. It has an app but it disconnects unexpectedly when you least want it to.... Charge at your own risk ‼️

    Trash. Both 350kW chargers are out of service. They were fixed for a day and then broke again.

    Tesla superchargers are always busy when I need to go so this location is convenient, but the 350kw chargers are constantly down, so great if you get there are & they are functional, using the app is trash, had to get their card to link to my cc, recommend to use that, otherwise totally aggravating

    Awful experience!! 2/3 chargers didn't work. I called the 1800 number was on the phone for 20 mins..
