Wonderful place to get a Wigs for Kids hair donation haircut! “Sara did an outstanding job,” my child comments, “I liked it soooo much!! Getting a haircut there was my favorite haircut ever!!” Sara was very friendly and professional. She has been working here for over 10 years!! I had fun chatting with her. You must get an appointment on the phone for hair donation as it takes longer than usual (took us about 40 minutes). And it has to be at least 12 inches.

We’ve taken our son to KidSnips in LP 3 times now and the only reason I feel calm about taking my crazy 3 year old there is because of Virginia. From the first haircut he got, she was calm, gentle and guided him. He hates the sound the hair dryer and anything touching his face/head area but she does such a great job! He now looks forward to his haircuts and I’ll be coming back for as long as I can!

Miss Joanne at Kidsnips is amazing. She is friendly, fast and great with kids. My son has a lot of hair and she is great at blending and shaping. I always get exactly the look I am hoping for. She always puts my son at ease and seems to genuinely enjoy what she is doing. Everyone else at KidSnips is great as well. Just be ready to buy a toy because they are everywhere

We had our haircut with Ms. Sara, she was knowledgeable and very friendly with our 4 year old. She helped give him a great haircut and once I showed her pictures of what we needed, she knew perfectly how to help. She was sweet and kind and that made our visit very pleasant. Highly recommend.

Took my 17 month old for his first cut and had a great time. Joann was great! She was patient l, friendly, and professional. We were in and out in no time! Very kid friendly environment !

This shop does an amazing job with kids. Joann was the stylist for our 2.5 yo and was patient with him through a complete meltdown. When we tried again a few weeks later, she greeted us kindly and with the same enthusiasm. The second time, our toddler was calm and patient and his haircut looked fantastic. Highly recommend.

I had a fantastic experience at this salon. The service was quick, and the staff showed remarkable patience, especially considering it was my toddler’s first haircut. The process was incredibly smooth. I was pleasantly surprised when they commemorated the occasion with a photograph, a personalized certificate, and even saved a lock of my baby’s hair in a special way, far exceeding my expectations. Additionally, they sweetened the experience by offering my child a lollipop and a choice of a small gift. The entire experience, from start to finish, was wonderful. Virginia, who did the haircut, was exceptional. I highly recommend her and the salon for anyone considering a child’s haircut.

Ms.Mona did an amazing job with my sons hair! She even provided a first time hair cut certificate and piece of hair in a small zip lock. The seats are little cars which are adorable, and there are tons of toys around for the kids to play with and look at. My son’s hair looks perfect in time for the holidays and for a fair price. Will be coming back for sure!

I took my 3 year old to Joann and he did great. He hates getting haircuts but the clippers she used are silent which made his experience more pleasant. Joann kept him talking to distract him and was done before the video on the tablet was over. Will definitely keep coming back.

Took my 1 year old here for his first ever haircut and it came out amazing!! They really know how to create a distracting environment so that parents and children have a smooth visit. Ms. Joan is truly heaven sent. My son is not a fan of haircuts, he makes it into KidSnips but then wants nothing to do with a haircut. He has really needed one this summer! Ms. Joan gave him his cut today as he sat on the bench, eating his lollipop and looking at toys. She was so patient, sweet, kind, and thoughtful. Thank you for everything Ms. Joan! My son is 5 and has Autism. In the past, my son would get overstimulated during each haircut at Rock Hair Scissors at Devon and the lady did not know how to deal with my son. I felt like giving up till upon research and going through numerous reviews, I finally searched for a place hoping to find one that would help my son better and make it a bit easier, and thankfully I found this amazing place! He did yell and cry during the first few haircut sessions, but Ms. SHERIE at the Lincoln Park location was his stylist and she was pleasant & patient. She helped my son with getting as much hair off of my son when she noticed he would get anxious and prompted his tablet for him to be comfy. She recommended me to bring my son EVERY 2 WKS, so he can get used to it and finally, he has done a great job. I literally wanted to cry of joy. Over great experience and we will keep going for all his haircuts, no matter how far it is from our home! 🧡🙌🏼🙏🏼 It is well worth it!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. We have now visited a couple times and are so thankful to have found a kids salon that will give a great cut, be extra kind to my son, and be efficient from start to finish. Our son is a little over 2.5 and cutting his hair can be a challenge. Ms. Joann always knows just what to do and is the absolute BEST at working through toddler behavior (She’s really the sweetest lady!). The receptionists are always great also! They have so many fun things to entertain the kids here and we’ve never had an issue with parking! Def recommend :)

I found out about KidSnips from Google when trying to find the best place for my child's first haircut. I ended up makong an appointment with Joann, and she definitely exceeded my expectations. She was patient and calming to where my child barely reacted to his first haircut. I will definitely be bringing him here to her for all future cuts as well! 😊
