This place is great, especially for unique foods and goods from places around the world. AND the products are TRULY imported, not just inspired. It's a great place to stop before a party in which you want to add a special touch. Their alcohol selection is really nice too!

Our trips to World Market in Kildeer, Illinois have been consistently awesome, mainly thanks to the fantastic folks working there. Mike, the store manager, and Ciela deserve the biggest shoutout for going the extra mile. We had to order some furniture that wasn't in the store, and these two made the whole process a breeze, handling delays and hiccups like true champs. They were not only pros but also super pleasant to chat with during our visits. The staff really know their stuff and genuinely care about giving customers a great experience. If you're in the Kildeer area and want a stress-free shopping trip with a smile, World Market is where you should be heading. Cheers to the team for making our visits so enjoyable!

This store had exactly what we were looking for. I would recommend if looking for glassware or knickknacks. Very reasonable pricing.

This store has the most unhappy people working here. The customer service is non existent. They denied us entry in the store with our service dog while there was another customer happily shopping in the store with a companion dog. The sales associate and the manager were not clear about IL law regarding service animals… they both gave us different reasons. One of which was, service dogs cannot be in the area where there is food; also the sales associate said that there might be broken glass all over the store, which is not safe for the dog - how is it safe for customers and kids? This was a serious case of ignorance and discrimination. Expected better from “World Market”.

Every time we drive to this store to purchase furniture, they won't sell it to you. Even Clearance furniture. It's really a joke. They still use Covid as the excuse.Two years in a row, I drive out there as it shows they have the item. They literally won't let you buy it. We were ready to spend almost $1000, items on Clearance. Nope they said they are not allowed to sell furniture from the floor. It's past bizarre for a retail store to not sell the merchandise on the floor, when it's super Clearance, over 50% marked down. Plus, customer service is really lacking in this place, lots of bad attitude. This is a reflection of super poor management. Don't go if you are driving far!! Don't let the pictures fool you! They don't want to sell the merchandise!!

One of our favorite stores! So many beautiful and different things from around the world.. including candy, cheeses, sausages, wines, beers, coffees. They have nice glass wear and furniture. We bought our kitchen table set, and bar from WM... I love it as much now, as I did 9 years ago. They have gorgeous and adorable ornaments at Christmas time. Love this place!

Great selection of foods from around the world and reasonable prices. Goes for beer and wine as well. They also have a great selection of home decor and holiday items.
