The atmosphere was pleasant and the service was good, not great, but good... This has been a regular spot for us for many years and they finally rehabbed the men's bathroom... The bathroom was always quite nasty, but now it looks quite impressive, although the one sink in there didn't work...At least it was finally clean... The service was good, but there appeared to be a lack of some understanding in getting some basic items that we wanted, i.e, water,etc...It was pretty consistent back and forth in getting their attention... Their food was damn tasty today... They were on the mark with everyone that was served...The chicken was just incredible and the plantains were absolutely on point today...It was overall very satisfying...

Food was terrific, skirt steak and pork loin were both so flavorful. The plantains and potato sides were good too. Seemed understaffed because of a weeknight but the dishes will make you want to come back (maybe on a weekend).

The food was absolutely delicious. Service was a little slow. Didn't even get a refill on my drink. I'm glad there was water on my table. Atmosphere was amost with live music.

It’s unfortunate I have to give this place a bad review. Management please please listen to this. It took a long time to see the hostess to even check in (20 minutes+) while there were open tables they were just gone. We sat and it took a long time for the server to come to us. I had to waive at somebody to get attention. We ordered appetizers and drinks, got the drinks and the appetizers and ate everything even before the server took our order. I told another server If she could take our order I told her what I want it, and she left saying she would order it then 15 minutes later she comes by to make sure what we wanted again and then our server came in and asked again so nobody had placed any orders. It was probably an hour by the time we got our food. We never saw the waiter again until I had to find him to try to pay the check. The website and menu advertises salsa until 2:00 am but the musicians left at 9:30. Dead atmosphere and terrible service. Food was fine except for getting a drink that was sitting there for a long time and one empanada with the wrong flavor than what I ordered.

The food here is very tasty. The stake and calamari is my favorite combination. Would recommend.

I have been coming here for years but stopped going because the food and service changed tremendously. It was my friends birthday and she wanted to go there. We went and she ordered medium rare and got a steak full of blood I ordered mine well done and got a dry chewy steak. Not to mention the sides were wrong. When I called and spoke to Manny he didn't care and offered a 20 percent discount. Did nor seem to care and I told him I was traveling far and he still didn't wanna make things right. This restaurant is not what it used to be. Now for sure I'll never go back. They obviously don't care about their customers

It was the worst experience ever. It was overcrowded, not enough help, our food was late and cold, and our server was overwhelmed. I had to ask for our food more than once. Why over book? If you can't handle it, I will never come back or recommend it. I feel sorry for the people behind us they were celebrating a birthday like us, and they never got served WOW, and police were involved very bad for customers to see .

Entering this establishment immediately felt like a family environment with steakhouse service. Professional service and flavorful food. Chicken empanadas to die for. Thinly slice steaks packed such a punch with balanced flavor in every bite.

Visited for the first time with some friends for my birthday. The atmosphere was very pleasant and the food and service was great. I'll more than likely be back. Def recommend the skirt steak. 👌

The food is amazing. Legit 5 stars. Their service? Atrocious. Like I want to not give them a bad review because the food is great but man. 1. Never filled my water 2. Never provided my kid with a plate (I grabbed it myself) 3. Took over 15 minutes to get my bill 4. There's no lock on the unisex bathroom,just a chair you can put in front of the door to lock it, the manager said. The service is terrible if you're a person of color is what they made me feel . A shame because the food is amazing. I hope they correct this.

Started with a sampler platter chicken and meat empanadas , cheese and guava balls, then tried the famous Bandeja paisa , wow oh wow ! every bit of the juicy meat , to the rice and beans, to the arepa was phenomenal! Try them out !.

This was just a great lunch with mocktails that you just have to try!

I do not say this lightly, but this very well might have been the best dinner I have had in years. The meat was grilled perfectly, the sides were magnificent, drinks wonderful, and service excellent.

First time eating Columbian food. The place is outstanding. Our server was great. Always filling our waters, asking if we needed anything. I arrived around 12:30 they had just opened at noon. A few tables had guests. Met up with some friends from a past job we all had. Our nationalities all different but such a great time. I wish my plate would've had more but something about the rice tasted salty. I ate most of it. Looking forward to going back in the future to taste other items in the menu. Oh the music they play there is great!!! I hear it turns into a small club on the weekend amd I would love to go back and check it out for sure.

Las tablas never fails me. The food and drinks were great! The place was a little busy and at first I was upset because the waitress took forever to come to our table but once she got to us we got our drinks and our food pretty quick so they'll get a pass on the service. I highly recommend the matrimonio it's delicious and the mojito was also great.

Service was amazing! The food was good. It came out hot and in a decent amount of time. I ordered the fried red snapper. It was cooked to the perfect temperature. It could have used a little more seasoning for my taste. The live music was a nice touch.

Food was delicious, live music great but a little too loud couldn't have conversation hard to hear over the music. The service staff did Thier best, but 2 1/2 hours was a bit long. Had to ask for the check twice. Make sure you ask for what you want before they leave you table you might not see them again for a while.

Extremely horrible service! I’ve been a patron to this place for years and I’m baffled by the way I got treated today. From the unprofessionalism since the beginning of my experience over the phone with someone all the way to when I went to pick up my order. Every single employee I interacted with today gave me such an unpleasant experience to the point of never returning again. I tried to search for a direct email to management but couldn’t find one because I have pictures of how badly my order was given to with missing items as well as how the drinks I had a hard time ordering because they refuse to make them to go and they gave me half empty cups. I'm extremely disappointed & upset because I am a paying customer and for the employees to have that kind of demeanor is unacceptable.

We found street parking almost right away, the restaurant was busy but they found a perfect table within a few minutes. At 1st impression the menu was a little pricey but then we starting observing the various plates they were bringing out to other tables and everything looked fantastic. We had the carne asada and the pork ribs, the plates were generous portions and the meat was incredible. Plan to spend at least $30-40pp buy the quality for what you are spending is definitely there. We were impressed with both dishes and would definitely return. The service overall was good, for how busy the place was, and our food came out fairly quick. Another top notch feature of the evening was the entertainment, they had an amazing latin jazz trio playing various standards and some fun pop tunes with fun latin rhythms. The atmosphere was lively but not loud. Would definitely return and highly recommend.

I am colombian and vegetarian and always that I visit a Colombian restaurant I only eat sides because no more options for me. This restaurant not only has great service and warm atmosphere, they have vegetarian options, and I was delighted with a vegetarian paella! It was delicious 😋

First time and last one. Server never attended us. Please keep in mind was not busy at all. Food was bad … my friend order the octopus dish … he was not able to cut them or chew them. I’m sorry but I don’t recommend this place.

Ok the service wasn’t phenomenal but given the fact that it’s so short staff everywhere I’m giving them a 5. The food was freakin delicious ! With for bday dinner(7 of us) the steak, chicken, empanadas the mojitos everything was so good! Definitely will be back !

This place was very clean and overall a great experience. We ordered the chorizo o chicharron con arepa with the fried pork belly, and the carne asada meal. The steak was cooked to perfection, and the sides of fried plantains and yuka were delicious. The 3 sauces brought to the table at the beginning of the meal were all very good and complimented all the food perfectly. We also got a regular mojito, the banana mojito (10/10) and wine. There was live music and the service was great!

I called in a reservation with three days in advance and was confirmed by their staff. When my guest arrives before me, she was told there was no reception listed because their tablet went down that day. She did not get offered a table, instead she had to sit on a random table until I arrived with the rest of my party. There were no waiters at the door to seat people. I stood there for 2 minutes and finally took the liberty to chose a table. I checked in with the waiters who told me the same story about their tablet being down but kindly offered us service immediately. If you don't walk up to them ans talk to someone they will pretend you did not walk in. My drink was not made as I requested with half sweetner than normal, of course how can they get it right if they do not carry a notebook to take orders. Let's hope they can remember what we order. I just think it is absurd to be forced to leave them 18%, 20%, 30% tips even if their service was poor. First and last time at this location. 2 stars go for their live music.

I’m glad we didn’t get scared off by some of the reviews mainly about service , because we might have missed out on the unique and amazing place. The vibe is really great, staff is super, and the food is amazing! 6 of use went last night and from the apps to the dessert was fantastic …. We shared multiple things do I feel like with a very tasting across their menu. Cool cocktails that were very good as well. We are already plabbibg a return trip to this authentic Colombian restaurant. As far as service …. It was very crowded ( Friday) with a line out the door and I thought service was pretty darn good. A little slow at times? Sure but not to the point we felt like we were waiting forever , definitely not rushed and worth the wait! Highly recommend

We went there two weeks back. Extremely slow service. Took them 1hr 30 mins or so to bring out the food. Drinks were watered down. Food itself was mediocre at best. Also, they overcharged us for stuff we didn’t order. After corrections were made, it was $50 or so difference. However, they decided to tip themselves $50 extra (charged later) without my friend’s consent. Ended up spending $400 for below average experience.

I wanted to like it so bad!😭 the ambiance is nice but they completely ignored our table the entire night, I asked for a coke refill from 5 DIFFERENT PEOPLE and each time was ignored, I understand things get busy I also work in customer service it’s not a big deal , but we sent back undercooked chicken, and it came back the same, asked for a box 3 different times, just ignored the entire night. Things get busy it happens but do better
