For those who shop at the Walmart in country club hills be advised!!!! The meat in this establishment is kept in deplorable conditions. The fresh meat is kept next to rotting meat. This rotting meat is kept in garbage cans for month on end and sometimes they donate this same meat to charity. They also have a rat infection that they haven't fixed. People have even reported getting sick from the food there. It would be in your interest to proceed with caution when buying anything from this particular walmart.

This is absolutely the worst store in the area.Most of the shelves are empty or in disarray. Over half the self check out lanes are not on or they have them closed off for no apparent reason. Never going back.im driving a extra 5 miles to another Walmart

This store has the WORST customer service. Bought tires and went to my appointment and the lady working automotive told me I had to go get my tires? Why is that MY job when I ordered these tires almost a month ago? Why were they not already at the automotive center ready for my appointment? This is ridiculous. And none of the employees had any idea where my tires even were.

This Walmart doesn't honor posted prices. I showed the manager the price in the shelf for a box of kitty litter and they would not use the price from the shelf. It rang up as $12 when price posted is $2. Don't trust the price on the shelves. They're often wrong and they won't fix it.

Hello everyone, especially to the employees who were on duty today, June 9, 2023. I am a truck driver, and today I went to Walmart to buy a suitcase and a microwave for my truck. While at the self-checkout counter after making the payment, I accidentally left my wallet and left the store. In the evening, I discovered that my wallet was lost, and it contained my CDL and bank cards, which are essential for me. I returned to the store in the evening and went to the customer service department. There, I was greeted by a friendly and polite employee named Kerry (apologies if I misspelled the name). She returned my wallet to me. I was incredibly happy and grateful to encounter such wonderful people working in your store. I would like to express my immense gratitude to your entire staff. May everything go well in your lives, and may you be surrounded by good and kind-hearted people. Thank you very much!

Friendly staff and customer service agent was very helpful even though the money center was closed when I arrived. She had a line out the door but she managed to take care of everyone's needs

On 7/12/2023 at 4:27pm I called the corporate office to inform them that no one is answering the phone at this tire center. I spoke to Valeria who stated that she would escalate my concerns because this is unacceptable. I have her my name and phone number and I requested a callback but to date no one from the corporate office has bothered to cal me back. Reference number 230712-006708

My neighborhood Walmart is convenient, clean and mostly well stock. The greeters are nice but I've noticed in the self checkout area the employees there never speak first, I say hello and they just look at me every time.

Worst experience ever over and over. I keep trying to give it a chance but it needs better management. I really wouldn’t give them any stars at all if that was an option. I will start going elsewhere because I have lost time, money and patience with the foolery

Auto care service is horrible! Understaff! Manager does not keep the flow going! The car bays remain empty 45 min to an hour! A simple oil change takes over 2 hrs! Unacceptable!

Ended up buying some open box items, because the associate didn’t want to look in the back for more. We were promised 20% off and when we got to the register the manager said “uh uh no.. that’s not happening” walked away looking for the associate and had us waiting with people behind us waiting. 3 other employees stood around and were talking while this one register was waiting on us. The manager comes back and tells the cashier, “that’s not happening”. Didn’t apologize or explain anything to us. We bought the items either way because we needed them, the box ends up breaking and slamming on right leg, I have had surgery on before. The Walmart is clean and most of the older associates are very friendly and helpful most of the time.

Found what I was looking for at Walmart; however, the parking lot is not monitored because while we were coming into the store, my husband and I almost got ran down. We were walking in the cross walk and a car went around us flying. Thank you Jesus for keeping us safe from seen and unseen danger. They need to put speed bumps in front of the store all the way down to keep your customers safe, because people sue for anything. This could save Walmart money.

This is the worst Walmart in Illinois!! The cashier was loud and belligerent when she shouted "you can't go in the bathroom"! I said don't address me that way... And told me to her kiss @#$!! Infront of everyone! There was no caution sign!!!Mgt Did nothing! The cashier hid her name badge..."Tasha" did Nothing! This store is out of control!!!!

After saying "Hello, thank you for calling Walmart," they transferred me to another department that typically doesn't answer or, if they do, hangs up as soon as they hear my voice. I called Walmart 12 times. extremely unprofessional I only wanted to know if certain tires were on stock to avoid making the hour-long drive.

It wasn't like it used to be. I guess they are rearranging the store. They have carts loaded with things that need to be on the shelf. They are making must of the checkouts to self checkouts. I felt myself walking around the store to find what I need when I usually just go to that aisle. My shopping experience wasn't the best.

This walmart has really gone down. Shelves are not adequately stocked. Meat quality is terrible to the point that spoiled meat is left out with the good, not to mention prices have gone up dramatically on most goods compared to other walmarts. Carts are often left in the cart rails and not in the store for customers coming in to use.

They had everything that I needed and wanted at a reasonable price. The handicap parking spaces were plentiful and they had enough working electrical rolling carts for people with disabilities. The store appeared clean and smelled fresh.

I am pleased this store is close to me but I don't always feel secure when shopping here. I have witnessed people stealing and fights in the parking lot. I like that I can find many of my every day products in stock. Walmart pricing is great and the store is clean.

This is a pretty nice store. I shop there regularly. I mostly always find what I need. My one complaint is the extremely long lines for self service and the lack of assistance with the Walmart employees. It makes no sense for there to be lines going all the way down a walking aisle. The Walmart employees see the lines and don't open up registers to get the lines down or make purchasing quicker. Sometimes it makes you not want to shop there because you know there is going to be a long wait because of the long lines.

I walk in, I get greeted for the most part. It alway clean. I alway see employees through out the store which is great. It alway cashier attendants stand by in case you need anything. When I'm leaving I get a greeter that tell me to have a good day. It great and I go almost every other week

I was extremely pleasantly surprised by the excellence of this store! The staff members work hard and are helpful and friendly. They keep it neat and there's a nice variety of everything we need.

This place has a good selection of items, but the formula is out of stock mid month in store. Also, the people that deliver are well tgeres more to be desired. Some deliveries have been good wheras, others were thrown at my door by drivers. Love the walmart+ delivery though, would recommend.
