Great selection as every Dan Murphy. Just don't like the staff. Little service attitude.

Huge store, lots of choice. Bad experience with check out guy, asked if I had a membership, thought I did have, gave my number. .he couldn't find it, then rather then getting me to join (I was buying 300 bucks of wine) he just shrugged he shoulders and processed it.

Have been here twice! My recent visit same as first. Parking a bit tiny, worry about your car being hit by a unattended trolley! Staff , friendly and polite. It's Christmas time , so busy time for them. Thanks staff.

They have most happiest staff who are always looking to improve your knowledge of beer and wine. They always greet you with a happy and smiley face.

I received email from Dan Murphys that they had Tooheys Extra Dry stubbies for $49. Two days later I went there and was told "We don't stock them."

Manager wouldnt price match. Lied about product & condescending & rude. Have been shopping there for 20 years- NO MORE😡

Good selection and clean store, however pricing is way off the mark. What happened to Dans always having the lowest prices??? Local independent bottle shop was a lot cheaper (and they have no buying power) Also, enough of your loyalty program plastered over price tags and posters in the shop - there’s no way I am joining another useless flybuys style loyalty program when your pricing is so off the mark It feels like corporate accountants are running the place with little benefit for the actual customers who frequent the store.

Couldn’t buy a six pack cause the girl in the counter was asking for my physical id. I showed her a photo of my passport (I’m 29 yo). She said she needs the physicall. I called my boyfriend who was waiting me in the car. He brought his id. Couldn’t buy the beer because he was with me. Manager came and said she wouldn’t asked me for the id but as the girl did it, now they can’t sell me anything. Cheers guys! Good service eh
