Drove over and hour to get there and after 4 months, it was definitely worth the wait and drive. Both chicken and the chips were fresh and hot. The staff today were also awesome,so thank you!! Now for the long drive home 😅

Check the order thoroughly if u have ordered food, most of your item will be missing. Kind attention management, Pls don't run a business if you don't have enough staffs. Thanks

Place was pumping heaps of people around. Given the amount of orders being processed the wait time was pretty quick and the quantity certainly was not lacking. Very fresh best Zinger iv had for sometime. The filling up petrol side of things was different music cranking like it was a concert no wonder people get distracted and forget to move the car 😁😁

Fast service . Just make sure you have everything before you leave Lots of young new staff .

The worst KFC chicken I have ever had. Most of the chicken pieces were dry, likely refried as the coating was very dark and bitter.

Guy with the long ponytail & shaved head underneath (wasn’t wearing a name badge) was so blatantly rude to his staff in front of all the customers, also witnessed him get so many customer’s orders wrong and act like it was a big issue for him to have to rectify the situations. Refused any compensation for a 30+ minute wait & didn’t apologise or anything. I never expect much from a fast food restaurant but the way he was speaking to the younger dude at the front was unacceptable. I really hope he isn’t in a management position because no one with that attitude deserves to have responsibilities like that.

Absolutely the rudest service ever. KFC needs to train better. I watched some young kid packing food in boxes scratch his nuts and keep packing(obviously through clothing) disgusting. Chips never salted ever orders wrong. Manager needs more customer service training he was rude and plain boring no attitude. How can fryer be not working on so many occasions. Not cool and flat out lazy staff

First time pitstop here. Quick service, friendly staff, freshly cooked food - all the boxes ticked. Will pin this place on maps for future pitstops.

I was served with the wrong food and my kids had a small chips while checking our order then the girl who served us pretended that we were rode to her but all other consumers were annoyed and shaking their head advising me to complain about her.. she said her name was Georgia.. KFC PLEASE stop hiring psychos who makes us go and buy from McDonald's

Don't stop here if your after something quick to get back on the road. 18 minutes wait for 3 nuggets and a handful of chips that make up the nugget go bucket.

Going to Sydney in greyhound from brissy, had 30 minute stop took 25 minutes and no food, had to get a refund and hop on bus. Young fellas doing nothing and old fella manager just mucking about.

25 minutes for a popcorn chicken go bucket and some wicked wings then I get the go bucket and it's half full with next to no chips (which looked like they scraped off the floor in desperation) in it. Then when I went back in to have it rectified the 2 very rude children they have working the front counter just whispered amounts them selves and giggled about unsatisfied customers.. Very poor customer service!

Usually not a great fan of KFC but this store definitely makes sure their food looks and tastes the way it's advertised. I've stopped in several times while driving the highway in the past year & every time the food has been spot on. 👍👍

not giving 1 star for the 25minute wait to get stuffed up order. it’s for the fact i stood there for 25 minutes watching numbers get quietly called out and the meal just left on counter and while multiple people walking up to check if it was thier order all while opening bag, looking in and breathing on, reaching in and touching and generally fondling the food only to realise it wasn’t theirs and closing it back up for the next person to come along and do the same thing. disgusting

Ran out of food, turned off the menu boards and shut early. A lot of unhappy customers. Won’t be back.

Amazing service, the young man at the counter was extremely kind and let me know about the 15 minute delay which I was more than happy to wait for. Food came out delicious, burger was a good size and so was the chicken

Worst customer service for so long. Socially inept kids working there. Last chick almost sprained my wrist smacking my food in my hand.

The service here was exceptional due to the awesome employees, fast pace, and delicious and hot food. Culdn't have been better!

They lost my order When they made a new ones the chips came cold

The serving person apologised for the 20 minute delay, nearly cold chips no buckets of chicken even though they accepted the online order. No large gravy, 4 small tubs were offered and I received 2 small tubs of potato and gravy and 2 of gravy only. I got 2 boxes of chicken, one box had not been drained and I had to put my hand underneath the bag it was packed in because it was soaking in oil. It soaked into my car floor mat and when I got home the box it was packed in was saturated in oil. I had to put it on the kitchen sink tray because it was still dripping oil. Buy the time I dished up for my mum and dad I decided to give it a miss. My mum had 1 piece of chicken and some chips and got a bad case of reflux. KFC has major management and training problems. I feel sorry for the staff, it looked like chaos in the kitchen. Oh and the chicken tenders looked like strips of breast meat not the tenderloins. I contacted the manager and got a partial refund and an apology from him. My experience was disappointing to say the least. Nothing like it was back in the day when it was served hot and what you ordered. KFC needs a major revision in how it does business IMO.

they should tell you before you order that a simple meal will take the better part of 20 minutes. bloody useles.

Long wait for food, constantly getting orders wrong and the kid staff members look like they hate their lives, management is needed badly and faster moving staff would help wait times

So fast! I ordered chips and a large popcorn chicken and both were ouy before i was even abke to pay (of course i paid) very happy with the service to, the you lady at the counter was so nice too
