Why are appointments being cancelled all the time!! What is going on here? This is the fourth appointment they have canceled on me! This is ridiculous! The staff here just puts you on hold and never comes back. “Can you hold for a brief moment” fifteen minutes later they still don’t pick up. You need new staff! Had a phone appointment today and the Dr never called.

Complete unprofessional,the who office lacks courtesy or respect for psychiatric pt’s. My brother has been coming here x2yrs he always gets his medicine 2-3 weeks late. This time he switched insurance and I waited for his apt x45days to get a call back the day he is scheduled to cancel due to coverage. They checked coverage the day of apt. Leaving my brother now with 1week out of his treatment . Complete lack of respect/professionalism. I have been waiting for a managers call since then 5days with no response.

Madhu was amazing! She helped resolve my issue timely and is always very friendly and helpful. Adam Brasket is also great! I never have to wait long for assistance. They actually care and I truly appreciate it 😊

This office is a JOKE. Had an appointment for three months to see my doctor about adhd medication. Got a call a week before the appointment and was told my doctor was no longer with their practice and they would have to reschedule me with a different doctor. Got a call the next day, the new doctor they scheduled me with doesn't take my insurance, so they booked me with Dr. Khin. Got a call the next day that he doesn't take appointments this early and they don't know how I got booked for that time. I call the week of my appointment and they tell me my appointment is now an intake appointment bc I haven't seen this doctor before. So I waited three months just to be put back at square 1. We when my appointment rolls around, Dr. Khin is late. My next appointment with Dr. Khin, he didn't show up. Mental health is not a joke!!!!

Prasad was amazing ⭐️ . I had 4 new clients who I needed to make appointments for which I knew would take more than 30 mins but after a 1 hour phone call with Prasad he got all my clients their appointments. He had so much patience with me and I know he will remember who I am because of all the times he had to repeat my name and phone number haha. Thank you again hope that next time I call for an appointment he answers, keep up the great work Prasad 👍🏼

I called Inland Psychiatric Medical Group to schedule a first time appointment. My experience was great as Abi was able to walk me through the process with ease and set me up with an appointment. Thank you for getting me in so quickly.

This evening I had the pleasure of speaking to Nayak who is an employee of your call center for Dr. Kunam. I would like to compliment and thank this employee for his "Excellent" customer service. He was very kind & polite while taking a message for one of Dr. Kunam's staff that was trying to reach me, Alejandra regarding a signature needed for the Gene site testing. He also took care of a problem I am having receiving multiple text messages daily from Dr. Kunam's office. Most importantly, he informed me that the call center is there for we patient's 24 hours a day in the event we need them. No one ever told me that, so... it was comforting to know. I appreciate it. This gentleman possesses wonder customer skills and is an asset to your call center and Dr.Kunam. I hope you can recognize him in a nice way and tell him it meant so much to me as a patient, that he helped me while remaining professional. He treated me with dignity, respect and most of all a kind heart. Mental Health patients are not always treated kind here in the U.S. so..."Thank You Nayak."
