    Service is horrendous at this location but it must be because of the bait and switch tactics. Which it seems they profit from one way or another. After purchasing a discounted item, which is no longer there. Your either are persuaded in purchasing the non discounted item. Or get it refunded, which can take 3 to 5 days. Either way it seems to be the WORST BUY. So after boucing around from 3 different stores and no product. We are still out of well over a thousand dollars. Until they release our funds. So either way Best or Worst Buys makes money on the additional cost or accumulated interest on your refund. Nick the manager was about as much help as a flashlight without batteries. Make sure you get what you pay for. NOT WHAT THEY WANT TO SELL YOU.

    I went looking for a specific item that was "in stock" according to the Best Buy website. Item wasn't on sales floor so went to find an associate and there was basically none on the floor. Walked to an information desk and the associate working and the customer were having a personal conversation which went on for several minutes. I decided to walk away since she never even acknowledged that we were standing there and went to the front of the store. Long line at the register and item pickup with only 2 employees working. I decided to leave and just order my item on Amazon instead of dealing with this headache.

    Nothing wrong with this store. I'm strictly complaining about the parking spots reserved for curbside pickup. All of their curbside pickup spots were occupied by unattended vehicles and made curbside pickup almost impossible when I tried to pickup my order on Saturday. Thank God there was someone finally leave after I circled 3 times.

    Today, I visited Best Buy and had a seamless experience with Danielle from the mobile department. She efficiently assisted me in finding a laptop that was ideal for school, budget-friendly, and compatible with Microsoft. The entire process was hassle-free, and I was impressed by her outstanding customer service.C:

    Pickup is where this location seems to accept and embrace failure. Not my first time attempting an in store/curbside pickup but will definitely not be trying again. What they advertise as “It’ll be out in 10 minutes” consistently turns into an hour long event that requires my persistence and constant attention to achieve an end, on both occasions that visibly appeared to be slow nights. The employees themselves are polite and helpful, but management and ops leaders seem to be so far disconnected from their own process that I’d be surprised if they could locate their own cars in the parking lot.

    This best buy is empty doesn't have much and also there was no help, it seems like the employees where hiding, because there was no one to help, If it wasn't for my nephew that is a computer savvy, that I was able to understand about between the difference laptops that I wanted to buy and bought one because of my nephew that doesn't work there...

    1 hour pickup turned into 5 days shipped to my house. There is a reason I needed it asap. Contacted support and the brushed me off. They didn’t let me cancel my order. The only option I had was for them to ship it instead. This is why I won’t be coming back, maybe won’t even use Bestbuy again.

    They Need More Staff To Provide The Better Service To The customer, Also To Pay The Cashiers Take So Long I Grew White Hair. Also, Sometimes On The Returns They Need To Be A Bit More Flexible. Other Than That, They Usually Have Everything You Look For.

😠 Terrible experience. The FFL has no Idea what they are doing....terrible customer service please go somewhere else. Chris the owner is extremely rude. He told me he was doing us a favor by doing the tranfer..what a JOKE. Please never come here. If he's not willing to do the right thing at 5 dollars...
