I arrived at City Hall at 11:20 am to pull a building permit. I was assisted right away. The permit Tech took my floor plan to the back and returned to notify me the plan checker had left for lunch and could not review my plans (it was 11:25 am). I feel I was turned away before a regular lunch hour expected for City Offices, as even if lunch is 11:30, there was still a few minutes to look at my simple floor plan for retrofit windows. This is extremely inconvenient and I'm upset I was turned away. I pull permits all day and cannot wait at a location I feel I arrived in time to take care of the permit.

They just sucks..the modo operandi of the police is the worst as well.

Disappointed , city clerk gave me the wrong information over the phone , took sometime off to renew my passport was told they do not do that!
