Let's just put it this way. Got out of church at noon and went in there with 2 buds, wasn't even baked and it felt like my time was distorted. I figured it was 2pm and I look outside and the sun's down. It's worth checking out

I went into the store hoping to get great advice and support in putting together a large package of sound and lighting equipment for a benefit I’m doing in December for hospital patients. What I received was more help from the Guitar Center team that I could ever ask for, and I left the store with a great feeling. Next week I will be going back to the store to finalize my purchase. Wonderful customer service is not acknowledged much these days, and I feel that needs to change. When an employee goes above and beyond to make sure the customer feels welcomed and helped at all levels, that employee needs to be acknowledged. I know you as a district manager would want to be aware of this good news at a time when most customers just know how to complain. Amazing staff. One of my strings broke while rehearsing for a gig and we had trouble replacing it. We tried a lot of different stores to get help with no luck. We finally went to Guitar Center and Brandon helped us out on the re string for free.

Loved the service, personnel was very helpful and knowledgeable Need more people to assist in the store.

Absolutely great place. I stand by this guitar center. I forget the gentleman‘s name he’s a black man. He truly is proficient and very knowledgeable on DJ equipment and I had a particular question in regards to the Serato DJ application, He asked me to bring my laptop in. I brought it in and He was able to resolve my issue. ✊🏾✊🏾✊🏾💯

I came in with my dad's old guitar I had been sitting on for years wanting to get an idea of its worth. I have been told various prices lines throughout the years, but never the thoroughness I received here. Brandon greeted me and explained what I was trying to do, I explained I may not sell it, just wanted an idea. At no charge, he examined the guitar, found similar prices, then asked if I could leave it for the vintage team (I got excited lol). He then showed it to Michael (repair tech.... got even more excited). Michael looked like a guitar doctor examining every detail to find a date and info about the guitar. At this point I'm waiting, but whatever it's worth anything or not, I had a great experience with Brandon and Michael's help. Thanks again guys.
