Restaurant Family restaurant Latin american restaurant Guatemalan restaurant

👍👍 I just tried this restaurant with my sister and it is so delicious! We are both from Guatemala and to find a place that is so authentic it was like the greatest plate I’ve ever tried. I had Pollo con crèma and it was huge!!! It had white rice, I asked for black beans “revueltos” and green salad 🥗... People often mention Guatemalan,

I just tried this restaurant with my sister and it is so delicious! We are both from Guatemala and to find a place that is so authentic it was like the greatest plate I’ve ever tried. I had Pollo con crèma and it was huge!!! It had white rice, I asked for black beans “revueltos” and green salad 🥗 I also ordered half a dozen of Garnachas and they were so bomb and for my drink Got a large Horchata. If you ever want to try any Guatemalan food and I have tried also from the Guatemalan bakeries nearby in LA but this is by far my favorite place and also on the weekends they get to have live music on Saturday and on Sundays from 4 to 7 they have a marimba play. And the service was great 😊

Excellent, delicious, and authentic Chapin food. This is the closest it gets to eating at your native precious country. The place is impecable clean, with smiles and greetings as you walk in. The place is rather small (but that's when you know that you're in for a treat). The flavor, at least of the churrasco plate, or the pipian plate, according to my mother, were exceptionally good. Right on point, the service is also right on. The parking is a little small bur there's a Home Depot across the street with plenty of extra parking, begging to be used. There's soft music playing, but it's at such a perfect volume that it doesn't make you raise your voice, and you can hear the conversation without struggle. They're very courteous, polite, with a smile and the greatest of attitudes. If you're curious about Guatemalan authentic flavor I highly recommend you try out this small place that pack a punch of good flavor. Did I mention the tortillas (soft corn shell)are made by hand and the Aguas frescas without a ton of sugar or additives. I had a pineapple water, and my mother an Horchata, very very good indeed. I can't speak of the bathrooms because I didn't use them. Plus they also have merchandise for sale, that are also the real deal.

OMG !!!! As a Guatemalan I finally found an AUTHENTIC Guatemalan restaurant that uses quality ingredients just like at home. Mucha! Comida Chapina, you deserve 20 stars for superb service, authenticity in the food and amazing vibes! I ordered a 7 sea soup, and it was simply delicious! Y'all made a new costumer for life and I will definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone that loves authentic Guatemalan food. Thank you.

Good homemade Guatemalan food and the staff is very friendly. Food can take a while to bring out since alot of it is made fresh. Once you're done, it is faster to go pay in the front.

Today was my 3rd or 4th time coming here. Good food, good ambiance. Very friendly service. Totally forgot to take pictures of our food! As soon as the food came, we started eating: Antojitos Muchá! Camarones a la Parilla Rellenitos

We drove one hour from Lancaster just to have the chance to eat "un pedacito chapin" Sundays at noon is crazy busy, we wait for more that 1 hour. But the food was delicious.
