    Please stay away from Forward. After being a long time members, I have encountered so many problems with their chat feature. You end up talking to someone forever who ends up messing up, like ordering the wrong lab tests for you or having you come in for an appointment that is unnecessary. I have spoken to many senior operations people from their office after a frustrating incident and have given them so numerous times to improve but only to have the incidents get worst. If you are sick, it takes weeks to see an actual doctor. I had to sign up for One Medical just so I could see a doctor when I felt really ill! Btw, I was able to see a doctor the same day with One Medical. The issue with Forward is that the two locations in LA are so far apart. Super inconvenient because you might have to drive across town to see a doctor. Today’s snafu with Forward is the end.

    I am extremely happy with the level of care provided by Forward. Whenever I have a question, no matter how small, I get answers back within minutes. I get reminders to schedule my visits and my tests, and scheduling is a snap. For office visits, check-in takes two minutes and I am seen by the physician right away. After fighting the traditional health care system for, well, decades, having Forward as my primary care providers is a breath of fresh air.

    I joined Forward thinking it would make healthcare easier. I was wrong. If I wanted quicker service, I could have rejoined Kaiser (joke, because Kaiser is super slow.). In person appointments for anything were over two weeks out. They took 5 days to review a lab request just to tell me Forward would not be able to fully cover. I could have completed all the labs myself much faster than the time it took for them to get back about coverage. Then the appointments were 15+ days out. I then asked for 90 day refills on my medications because it’s cheaper through my insurance. They gave me 30 day supplies and told me they wouldn’t update it unless I sent in my blood pressure readings. Basically punishing me like a child. On top of all of that, their chat customer service was not empathetic to any of my concerns. I would give Forward less than one star if I could. I feel like they are checking boxes for themselves and not overly concerned about what’s right for the patient.

    Love the TIME the provider has been able to spend with me, both virtually and in person. LOVE the technology and the ability to book appts via the app and receive communications directly back from the provider/care team. Love having access to my health numbers/stats and clarity about whether my numbers are normal/high/low in the app. The experience ordering my script through Capsule was also very easy. Happy Customer so far!

    Changing my review: After booking an in person visit (highly recommend), I was taken through my current health status and future goals. Dr Heller and her assistant (sorry I forgot your name) we’re very attentive and showed genuine interest and concern for my well being. We went through all aspects of my blood test together, and formed a game plan to tackle my current issues for the goals I set for myself. We not only looked at my physical health, but also my mental health. Finally a place where anyone can look at all aspects of their health (mind and body) with someone to get a personalized plan for the future person they want to be. Change your doctor now, this is the place to be if you care about your mental and physical health and are serious in being the best version of yourself. For the first time I feel like I have people supporting me in the changes I want to make.

    Forward is in the name! This is a futuristic and affordable alternative to the traditional health care system. The technology is top of the line, the customer service is professional and friendly and the doctors truly care. Very LGBT+ friendly which was very important to me. The app is fantastic too! All of your results and contact capabilities in one place; this makes conversing with the doctors and staff that much easier. I’ve been coming here for years and I’m always able to trust the doctors and their team. I have insurance and still choose to pay for Forward because they provide a level of care and innovation no one else seems to have. I love that I can get just about all my testing done right inside!

    I love things that are virtualized. When you walk in, you check yourself in towards the right. I was greeted within a couple minutes. The doctor and assistant were very friendly. The appointment was quick and I still got all my questions answered and never felt rushed. The only downside is parking. It's a small hassle but nothing major.

    My appointment started on time. That means so much to me. The staff was both genuinely pleasant and professional. Although it was not scheduled, Dr. Tully was most understanding of my very busy calendar and was able to do an unscheduled Pap Smear that day. That was MOST appreciated. Going the extra mile is the personal touch I am paying for! You are a bit farther than I like for a doctor, but it seems like it will be worth the drive (and extra money). Thank you ~
