Tami and I had such a great night with Roxane, Jade, and two other ladies. We celebrated Tami's birthday. One of them was celebrating a birthday as well. I did surprise Tami with a blindfold, so she didn't know our destination. She loved this event. We will be returning soon!

I organized a team-building event at Painting with a Twist (Camarillo). They greeted us warmly, helped the group get oriented for a painting activity and provided an instructor who knew really helped us to create beautiful paintings. Our instructor, Mariel, clearly knew her paint-mixing and had clear directions for us along the way. The night was great fun and all want to do it again. Thanks to Heidi, Ellie and Mariel for making this night so special!

We did a Saturday night date night. Really fun and friendly atmosphere. The instructor was great and the bar was very affordable. It’s a great activity if you want to get out of the house and try something new. They also do private parties.

Great atmosphere, encouraging and entertaining instructors. Arrived as walk-ins and we're allowed to participate in that evening's class. Good selection of drinks, and beautiful example of examples on the walls. The also offer paint-your-pet and painting for 2 classes. We had a lot of fun, plus they offer a free skills class later on if you wanted to improve that painting.

Fun! Informative! Small enough group not too large. All who worked there were very nice.

We had a lovely time at Painting with a Twist. The staff was professional and friendly. I would give 5 stars except that we felt the music was too loud and the song line up was not relaxing. Drinking wine and painting might be better accompanied with more relaxing music. Other than that, it was a lovely experience. Thank you.

I’ve been here many times and it’s always a fantastic experience. Staff are knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and helpful. I am absolutely not an artist but the instructors take us through step by step and by some magic, I always go home with a painting I’m happy with. This was my first time adding on the candle and it was fun and easy and the candle smells delightful. It’s a go-to for a fun night or afternoon with friends.

Mariel was an excellent instructor! Patient, kind, and made the experience light and fun. I’ve been to a few Painting with a twist and she was the best thus far. I would highly recommend the Camarillo location. Had so much fun!

We had our agency team building event here and it was so much fun. We all needed the time to relax and paint. Mariel and Sam were so patient and helpful. Highly recommend for team building activities.

You really should assist your customers more with the design. Especially first timers. I had a lot of difficulty with the starry night paint. There should be a template for the curvy design portion that was placed in the starry night painting. I understand this can be individualized.

So friendly and helpful. The picture was easily made with clear instructions from the lead. The facility was clean, open and plenty of room for all. Everyone was at ease and we all made new friends. Will definitely got back and do this again!! Thx ladies.

My friends and I had a wonderful time with our instructor Becca today. As a beginner, she made me feel welcomed and at ease to create our painting today. My friends and I loved our session and will love to come back in the future. Thank you, Becca and Sam!

This was my second event at this location. The staff is incredibly friendly and the class is so fun! You think you can't paint, and then you actually end up with a decent piece of art! The blacklight party was super fun, great music too. I highly recommend!

This place is amazing! My wife has been wanting to do one of these for quite some time and I looked all over the web for a fun spot. I found this place and we did a black light painting and added in the "create your won candle". My wife and I had the best time! The instructor Mariel was so fun, personable and kept things very light. It was not a paint lesson, just fun. Sam was the bartender and helped out throughout the event. Have a couple drinks and get your paint on! Do not worry about negative reviews regarding the wine selection, this is not a bar and the point is to paint and have a little booze with it. The prices are beyond fair for the time you are there and the service you get. My wife and I will be going back with some of our friends. A+ all day!!!

I got my mom a painting session for Xmas and she loved it! We had so much fun and are really happy with our paintings. We ended up doing a couples matching session because it was the only option while I was in town, but it ended up not being too couple-y which I appreciated. I highly recommend PWAT! A great date night, friend bonding, or solo experience!

My sisters, mother and I have been doing a painting night out for 5 years. It's a fun time!

The instructions were simple enough to follow a first time paint artist. The design came out beautiful. Music was a bit to loud and the lighting could have been better, but overall it was an enjoyable experience.

It was AMAZING! I thought the class would be full but it only ended up being three painters and it was great. My friend and I were a little worried that we would not not be able to do the painting but the wonderful staff prepped the canvas with an outline which totally put us at ease. I also want to add that Jade is a fabulous instructor and her words of encouragement got us through the process so we ended up with a pretty good painting that I can proudly hang in my home!!

One of the best experiences! Took my mom for Mother’s Day. Everyone was lovely, it was clean, the class was a blast with Sam and Mariel. Will definitely be going again.

We went for a birthday celebration. We had a lot of fun. Rose is a great instructor in guiding us to create are own masterpiece. We would definitely go back. Painting, music, laughter = GREAT TIME!

I 100% recommend this place for couples and good friends. Creativity, diversity and connection are the Laws of the University. This place offers this if you are open minded. This place was simply FUN!

My sister and I had a wonderful time tonight at Painting With A Twist! We felt really taken care of the moment we arrived. We did a 2 hour acrylic painting class with all of the supplies provided for us, Including the canvas. The music was great, the set up was very well laid out, the instruction was really good, given we only had two hours. The people were all friendly that attended. Very considerate and polite. It was really fun doing the group photos at the end on the stage.
