I worked for the Four Seasons Hotel and recently stayed at the property. It was awful. The employee experience that my spouse and I should have received was just not given. The hotel is very old and out of date! Need major renovations! The staff was not helpful or courteous at the least. Rooms very small and dirty. They refused to move us. Manager I spoke with yo me he would take care of everything yet once I left the property they started trying to charge my credit card. It was the most awful stay I ever experienced. They also sent emails to my job trying to have my benefits taken because of their faults but after this hotel stay I completely left the company. Nothing that it’s shaped up to be. I wouldn’t suggest any stay at this property. Management staff wouldn’t come speak with me because they felt I was an employee and they could do whatever to me! Beverly Wilshire is trash. And they keep reminding me that I was on discovery nights which is completely out of line! Do not stay at this property! Hotel very old with no new technology. And every thing is about money you will do better going to the Beverly Hilton or the Beverly Hills but this hotel is not any good and I work for them so I can only imagine what regular guests goes through here! Awful experience and service.

A true 5-star experience! The ambiance resembles Paris! Elegant & beautiful. Located at the crest of Rodeo Drive, the Beverly Wilshire is like a relic of history and beauty! The location couldn't be better for quick access to shops and high-end luxury designer stores. If you stay on site you'll be pampered and treated with the utmost care. Our 5 night stay, all members of the staff from the front desk to the spa, to poolside lounging with champagne was immaculate and exceptionally fabulous.

Very nice hotel. Our room was a 1 bedroom suite. It was the nicest room we've ever stayed in. Clean, comfortable, and quiet. Had a good view of Rodeo Dr as well. I needed a lint roller so I called housekeeping to see if they had one I could buy. They said, yes they had one, but they were free. Sent up 2 to my room right away. A small thing and a silly example, but its these types of perks or "services" that make your stay that much better. Employees were friendly. I'd definitely go back for a stay.

So there’s two sides to the hotel. The side with the balconies with gorgeous views of the Century City skyline, and there’s the other side which may not have as nice of views but larger/efficient floor plans. I’ve stayed here when in Beverly Hills for 5 years and every time is a great experience. Ive accidentally left my dress here and flew out of town and that made sure to hold it for me for as long as I needed. I appreciate that very much. Very convenient location Rodeo Drive shopping right there, and my favorite restaurant Cut is also downstairs which they remodeled btw. The only other hotel I love as much as this one is the Waldorf Astoria. Well, actually I think the Beverly Wilshire might be number one lol.

Sorry to say, I was extremely disappointed with this Hotel. There is a certain level of service one expects from a 5 star hotel or anything upscale, however this Four Seasons location falls short. In advance I booked a reservation for a certain class of room with a check in at 3PM. Arrived at 4:41PM, spoke to Isabella at reception to be told the room we selected is not ready and no ETA as to when it would become available. She then proceeded to offer a different class of room at a higher price. I explained to her "this does not seem fair as I performed on my end of the agreement". Since the room was not available, I asked if we could cancel the reservation so I could go elsewhere, she told me I would be charged for the cancellation. WOW! Isabella went on to tell me the hotel was completely committed, and there will be absolutely no exceptions. Long story short, I took the class of room that was offered at a higher price. Looking over the room, provided an image of something you would find at a "Motel 6". -cut my finger on an unmaintained jagged edge of the granite in the bathroom countertop -wardrobe doors completely broken off the hinges -windows falling apart and unmaintained -poor finish work within the suite -exposed electrical wires at a plug Please have a look at the pictures and judge for yourself.

The Beverly Wilshire is situated in a perfect location for dog owners who enjoy long walks and exploring the city with their pups. The rooms are luxurious and spacious, making it the perfect place to unwind after a day of adventures. I highly recommend the Beverly Wilshire Four Seasons Hotel to any dog owner looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay in Los Angeles.

Ok so let me be honest here, I haven't stayed at this hotel, however, I did visit it twice during my visit to L.A! The moment I entered the Hotel entrance, I was greeted by the concierge. He kindly opened the door for me, though the first part was already opened. After that, a big flower stand is displayed in the middle of Lobby. IT was wonderful and different the next day I passed by. Obviously, my purpose of visit was purely to see Where did Julia Roberts performed in Pretty Woman! I enjoyed my experience very much :)

Visited with a friend while shopping on Rodeo Drive. This famous hotel offers a great bar and terrace where you can enjoy a cocktail and watch the world go by. Great cocktails and snacks in a place known throughout the world for its inclusion in famous films like Pretty Woman. Service is just as you expect and most certainly a nice place to relax and watch the life of Beverley Hills

Wow. What an experience. I cannot remember another hotel where EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMBER GREETED US AND ASSISTED US in the most sincere and friendly and enthusiastic manner. Yes, we did mention we were choosing this time to celebrate a mix of birthdays and anniversaries, but no, we didn't make a big fuss of it either. But word seemed to spread and we were treated to so many acknowledgments of our celebrations. It made the trip so memorable. Cakes to celebrate at breakfast. Cakes in the room! (see image). From Michael at Concierge (what a gentleman), to April at breakfast, to Vanezza at Reception, who helped my print out a card for my wife, and everyone in between, the Beverly Wilshire delivered on every front. If I could give this team, this hotel and this brand and this experience 6 stars, I would have! We'll be back. John & Jo

Service is impeccable and location is perfection for experiencing Rodeo. Rooms were renovated but there are some signs of old/wear/cracking. Quiet rooms. Great late night room service. Thanks to the front desk ladies who recommended Ocean Prime. The BLVD is a great for lunch (was able to grab an outdoor table) and dinner. Will def be going back.

I was wondering why this year it's not a Christmas tree in the hotel lobby. Is there a new Christmas decorator? It should be the traditional Christmas 🎄 tree..like the rest of the hotels.. And the singer at the Boulevard is not the best compare to ,the entertainment at The Beverly Hills Hotel at Sunset Blvd. Thank you

Went to enjoy drinks and some live music in their lounge. The live band was great. However, I had to return my drink 4 different times because there were fruit flies in each one of my drinks. The waitress was very sweet about it but I was surprised that I wasn’t offered apologies or at the very least a free drink after kindly pointing out flies in my drink 4 different times. I expected more from a 5 star hotel.

Unfortunately I decided to stay for a long-term in this hotel during december. The worst ever experience I had in this hotel and I don't think I'll experience it again even in a motel on a highway. Due to the extremely bad service and damaged room I decided to cut my stay and based on the terms which I signed for I should pay for the number of the nights I stayed. Instead all their top management including the general manager, marketing director and the sales director tried hard to defraud me and charge me over 9000$ instead of 2000$ which is the total of two nights. I had to escalate the issue all the way to the regional VP who admitted that the management of the hotel tried to defraud me. It was a nightmare. The worst is that I reported the issue to the four seasons group and I got a reply from a lady in the president's office returning the case to the hotel itself! How a hotel that tried to defraud me us going to investigate itself! After I explained that no one even came back. It's chaos in four seasons hotels! My advice is stay away from all four seasons hotels its not the old four seasons prior to the pandemic. Last but not least, the rooms are repainted with gray color that will depress you to the max.

5 star in service but housekeeping needs more training and engineering maybe needs a higher budget? 5 star? Front desk took two days to fix a broken patio door lock after multiple promises to fix it. I had to escalate to management. Seeing dust and the lack of detailed cleaning....(seeing hair and dusty floors, unclean counters and crevices) is not acceptable at this price point. The facility is in need of tweaks...interior doors, hallways, pool etc....continue to renovate to truly be 5 star (again). Lesser hotels offer the same with updated, more opulent bed/bathrooms...i.e. Sea Island Cluster near Savannah and The Ivy in Charlotte. Note: The Spa, location is top notch and the lobby decor is lovely.

Can we take professional photos if we stay at the hotel ? Apparently not. My client spent $2000 on a room and asked before hand if they will allow her to take professional photos for her wedding anniversary, the hotel staff said yes and approved the shoot, when we were setting up to shoot, the hotel staff told us we couldn’t do any professional photos. We told them we asked and got permission ahead, and they said “unfortunately we can’t have you do any photos”. We had to take photos with an iPhone … And even this, the security guy was standing behind the couple… Staff was polite but not flexible one inch. Not sure what they’re trying to prevent … good photos of their establishment ? Personally I’ll take my and my clients business somewhere else. Note that I’ve done lot of shoot at hotels, lot of time we don’t even stay there, and rarely saw staff that rigid about couple taking photos … The biggest issue I have was that we literally asked beforehand not to waste time as we had a small window for the photoshoot. We could have met somewhere else where they have no issue with photos and skip that hotel entirely.

The Beverly Wiltshire is an gem of a hotel. This hotel has excellent service and excellent pricing. The bathrooms are clean and I would say cleaner than almost any other hotel I have seen. If you want a hotel where service is at the top of its game, stay at the Beverly. The amenities are excellent. They have a 24 hour gym. Next, I have had problems with conflicts of my own doing. The Beverly’s management worked with me to resolve and it was much appreciated. The concierge(s) all went out of their way to help me. They kept their word and built up significant trust. This is a great place with great value. But, service is king and it’s the people that make this place stand out.

We stayed here beginning June 2023. Excellent hotel with really a great service. The hotel is right in front of Rodeo Drive, which is very exclusive, not a touristic area, not too crowded which is good for us. And you can just walk to Beverly Hills park in the morning and take some pictures. The Hollywood area or the Grove was not far away with an Uber. We stayed in the 'normal' rooms in the Beverly Wing of the hotel. Room was equipped with 2 double beds. Blankets/pillows/ matras were really comfortable. Big screen TV, complimentary coffee, water and fruit. Did not try the pool as the weather was too cold. Staff are 100% devoted to make the guests as comfortable as possible, from the Concierge, Front Office staffs to the Housekeeping staff are the best. A special mention of our porter Angga, he was really helpful and nice. Please refer our thanks to him. The Housekeepers also did very good job, thank you. Thank you everybody to make our stay very comfortable. Hope to see you all again next time!

My stay at the Beverly Wilshire was full of highs and lows. Here are some thoughts: Pros: - Every single housekeeper, bellman, room service employee that came into our room was 10/10 for service and a job well done. We were very impressed by most of the staff. - The room we eventually landed in was really nice and the layout was appreciated. - Whenever we had a problem, it was eventually addressed. Cons: - Check-in was a bit frustrating as the room we received was a little different than what was advertised through Amex Fine Resorts and Hotels and there was an upcharge to be given the room we were expecting to have. - The first room we arrived in (after waiting 1.5 hours for it to be ready) was not fully clean. There were crumbs all over the tables, trash on the bathroom floor, and some of the toiletries were missing. We then had to wait more than an hour to be placed in a different clean room. - The concierge desk was helpful but also unhelpful at times. I'll leave it at that. - We were double charged for our stay and I had to contact American Express to have the additional charge removed. Overall, I think the Beverly Wilshire has a lot of character and is a very nice hotel but there are definitely some rough spots to be worked through. Be prepared for some hiccups.

Everything was great until someone started smoking cigarettes on the same floor as me. For the price paid it was very disappointing. I had to spray my room with aroma then put a towel around the old door in my room to keep the smoke out. Wild I reported it but no one did anything. Over 1500.00 spent and left smelling like cigarettes. On the bright side the Bathroom was nice.

We decided to have a luncheon wedding celebration at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel. The service was impeccable. Neidra Simpson arranged everything- the menu, flowers including the smallest details to make it the most magical event ever! Her kind, gracious and warm demeanor made me feel comfortable and I did not have to worry about anything. She was also very responsive and detailed in communicating with me throughout all the arrangements. We also had an amazing custom cake made by Executive Pastry Chef Riccardo that was the most delicious cake I ever tasted. Our guests absolutely were enchanted with the menu, service, attention and atmosphere. Thank you Neidra and Chef Riccardo for making our most memorable day magical. It’s one of the most beautiful hotels where you are treated like family.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Beverly Hills Wilshire hotel and it was an amazing experience! The staff was incredibly friendly, the rooms were spotless and modern, and the amenities were nothing short of luxurious. The location was prime, close to all the popular Hollywood sights, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The pool was the highlight of my stay, as the view of Los Angeles was breathtakingly beautiful. I would highly recommend staying at the Beverly Hills Wilshire for any traveler looking for a top-notch experience in the city of Los Angeles

This is definitely one of the most beautiful and perfectly located hotels in Beverly Hills area. CUT restaurant is also located inside this hotel. I love coming here for drinks 🍸 and dinner. Beautifully decorated for Christmas 🎄. Service is always superb. 5 star 🌟 ALL AROUND

While my room was massive, it was right next some vents that worked all night but it was still a great stop to sleep. Bathroom was massive and I really like the bathtub but there wasn’t anything product to use in the bathtub, just the world smallest body wash bottle which wasn’t much already to wash myself. Overall good experience

There are many exceptional luxury hotels to choose from in Beverly Hills. Ive stayed at many others but picked the BW due to its close proximity to Rodeo and my friends office. Its December and the holiday decor is in full swing - I have to say it was stunning but what really impressed me was the service! Everyone from the front desk *(gracias Sonia!) to concierge salon spa housekeeping and BLVD restaurant was fabulous and professional. They really seemed to enjoy working there. I was upgraded to a huge fabulous suite and enjoyed the make up area and tub. Definitely gave me the VIP treatment. See Carlos or Trenton at the salon and they will take great care of you. Highly recommend dining at the BLVD as well menu is pretty standard but everything was fresh and beautifully presented. Salvadore was a lovely and attentive server. Will definitely be back

We recently stayed the The Four Seasons Beverly Wilshire for four nights. And let me tell you, the hotel staff alone was INCREDIBLE. The service we received here was above and beyond. I don’t normally write reviews, but I just had to let everyone know that the customer service here was impeccable and that you should book here. Each and everyone staff member here went above and beyond their capacities to make sure our trip was comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable - and it was. I would stay here again not just because of the convenient location, the cleanliness, and the gorgeous building and rooms, but because of the friendly, helpful, and genuine staff that made our stay 10x more incredible. We were taken care of and our trip felt so personalized and they actually cared how our trip was going. Jennifer the director of rooms helped us find the BEST room possible, which made our trip. Jose Blesa the Doorman was so genuine and accommodating when helping us arrange rides with the house car. He also was so great even just talking to him personally. Kevin and Lorence at the pool provided above and beyond service and were very attentive and helpful to our needs. I’ve stayed at many 5 star hotels and this hotel in particular had some of the best staff I’ve ever encountered.

Honestly, this hotel was clean, safe, and convenient. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. If they put a new mattress on the bed, I would say it was perfect for my needs. Also, the facilities in their hotel were perfect. It was clean, stylish, and nice. Besides, the room that I am staying in was perfect. I do love my stay here with all of my heart. Thanks. See you soon!

Stayed here one night on our way up to Mammoth for a ski trip. You can't get any better for a location in the LA area. The hotel sits right where Rodeo Drive starts. It's a beautiful property and the service was outstanding. This is definitely the place to stay while visiting Los Angeles.

Amazing staff and stay and food and location. At the BLVD, try the egg benedict, avo toast, chicken couscous, roche, Arabic coffee. Don’t try the creme brulee dessert or the orange dessert I’ll share the pic of it ok?

One of my favorites. If you choose to stay at this hotel, you will not be disappointed. All of the staff are kind, professional, friendly and pleasant to talk with. I already miss them so much. This is a Four Seasons Hotel, and I expected better service. Of all the places I have ever Valet Parked my car (which is everywhere it is offered) only the Beverly Wilshire employees decided to change my mirrors and seat. RUDE. They also had me bell hop my own luggage, when I asked about this, I was told by the Valet that was how it was done. I found out at the front desk that I was told wrong. They evidently have a staff problem which needs resolved. The staff needs to be reminded where they are working. The room was very nice and comfortable. The Sofa Bed is what can be expected. We were provided with complimentary water and a small Birthday Cake. After my complaints, the management went into damage control mode and worked hard at making the stay better, which they did. They stated they would talk with staff about the issues I had (there was also an issue at booking). I have faith they will weed out the bad and continue to provide Four Seasons Quality. The hotel is perfectly located at Rodeo Drive, so if you are ready to shop.... I had Dinner on location at Wolfgang Puck's steakhouse The Cut. I would stay at this hotel again

I visited the restaurant, after exploring Rodeo Drive. The service was exceptional and the food and drinks were pretty good. It was my first time trying wagyu beef and I wasn't disappointed. It is a more laid back vibe. There is the the option to sit outdoors, close to the street or indoors.

The Four Seasons service is always so consistent and excellent. The studio we stayed at is a little old and little problem with the bathtub(drainage can not be completely closed), but nonetheless the room was very comfy, with the most comfortable bed and large bathroom. If you have a baby, their crib and crib bedding so far are the best among all the hotels we have stayed. There was also little teddy bear and baby care kit(shown in the first photo). The staffs are all very friendly and attentive. And the room service food is very good.

This does not feel like a luxury hotel, and certainly not up to Four Seasons standards. I checked into my room and was greeted by dirty dishes, and open water bottles in the room. They did send someone up to clean it up. We left for dinner, and then noticed upon our return the bathroom tub area was full of little hairs. The bathroom was in desperate need of an update, with paint from the walls splashed all over the marble tile. The location was amazing, but that is about the only positive of this hotel. Certainly not worth the price paid for a dirty, poorly maintained room.
