👎🏽I waited 3 hours for up to 4 different drivers to potential show up! I say potentially because all they would do is call and say that they were on their way but that they were being held up at a previous job. After our two I finally got the hint that this service what is a telemarketing scam. In the end not one driver ever showed up and the Customer Service agent . Who appeared to be calling from India! 🤷🏽‍♂️ kept calling every hour to ask the same question, of what door did I need unlocked and he would be sending a service provider to contact me in 10-15min… Never happened 😡

It was a relief having Steve from South Pasadena Lock. Our door had gotten jammed and the keys were stuck inside. I was worried that we would have to replace the whole lock, but Steve was able to fix it perfectly. He charged a reasonable rate for the labor and replacement cylinder lock.
