The store manager here is very nice. I went in the other day to purchase one of their new big helium balloons during graduation week. I bought it days before in case they would be out of stock. I went in later that week with my receipt to get it inflated and she right away helped me out, didn't even check my receipt. She greeted me and was very nice. =) Store is always clean and organized. Plus they are also always willing to open up more registers whenever their lines are long. I prefer coming to this store instead of the other location in HP.

Stopped going here It seems to be under new management or something Store is Dirty You cannot walk down the Aisle's No Shopping Carts I will have to find another place to shop 😢

I bought one of their bags and it ripped not long after I left the store and one of the workers was following me as if I was going to steal something

Great place for knickknack items and some household items. They also have a pretty large selection of food. All at reasonable prices.

This store is packed with great deals ... live plants..cold cuts ...produce...alcohol...chocolates and candy you name it it's here for a low low low price...I'll be buying more plants..the even had a baby banana tree....

Bad place to stop by if you forget to bring your locks for bike. Decided to do a quick stop by and brought my bike in. The older lady in the register wouldn't let me leave it inside. I only needed to get one item and she wouldnt let me.

I would love to give them a better rating, but unfortunately, some of the staff member have really ugly demeanor. I asked them a question about the products that are in stock, and THEIR response is,"I DONT KNOW." It's been countless times when I'm buying a few products, and the labels say it's a lot cheaper than by the time I get ring up. I'm ending paying triple the price. I looked at the receipt, and I asked them why am I paying this much. Their response is that I don't know. Management needs to do something about how your staff member communicatie with their customers. They need to find other alternative statements instead of saying I don't know.

Raining and it’s cold. No bathroom for customers. Also anything that says 50% is not 50% off and I was charged full priced and realized things were already opened. Idk if I will get germs from those items so I’m just gonna toss them. Most items I was looking for I had a very hard time finding and there was a limit on those items to just one type as opposed to other stores have color options. Makeup selection is small, pet selection is small… The only positives are the workers are nice. Also the deal announced wasn’t the deal available on the scanner. And when I went back in to report I was charged wrong and items were opened and retaped, it was different workers and the workers were even more nice then the last nice workers. Interesting experience. Lol Wish I could give a 50% rating 2.5.

Bad experience I supposed to get $5 off of my $25 purchase. I ask a lady who works there where to find reward on app and she told me I got wrong app but I had the right one. I came back to show them but they didn't care. So I'm really disappointed on the management. They got good products but not good customer service 😕

They should name the store 99 c and up because some of the items are $2 and up. For a small vitamin for $ 11 😣😱

It is a good place to find cheap items. There will be a wide variety of items from home decor that may be higher than the $1 range but not to expensive. The employees tend to be super nice especially the one cashier who wears glasses and use has short black hair. It is nice to come and find some of the items one needs.

This place is always messy but has great holiday items so I can't be all mad.

Large 99¢ Only store. Expanded selection of fresh produce (which to their credit was VERY well maintained, I bought four produce items and in selecting my items I noticed there were very few items that I had to put back due to spoilage). Unfortunately, can't give a 5 star review as the store was m e s s y... Overall a VERY large selection of products. I would definitely shop this store again as the selection of merchandise was larger than most 99¢ Only stores previously visited.

Too expensive. Prices doesn't match as shows up and there is no prices on items that suggest they could be .99cents, but it's false. Should change the store name.

It's nice it's a small store you'll find some good stuff depends on what you are looking for usually I always find what I go for closes one where I live

It's usually fairly well stocked the people there try to get you through the line but it does get busy a lot of the time...

They try to do it right, but it gets crowded there a lot and so the line wait can sometimes be annoying, but they do try to be broadly stocked... the food is not always fresh...

A lot of items to choose from even name brands, most at lower prices. They have a pet section, and even a big selection of frozen foods and vegetables. Good finds here specially for the holidays. A lot of toys to choose from.

I went in today to the 99cents store and everything was good only this lady named Mercedes I believe it is an elder lady working at the cashier she had the worst attitude she was really rude and mean she told me like 5 times like if I didn’t hear to go to the other cashier then she said it was close and she let this other lady that was a different color skin pass and she didn’t let me pass so I take that as racist because I’m hispanic so I’m never ever going back there until they do something about that
